what worked is to shut down the laptop completely and disconnect the power cable and kept it shut for about 10 minutes before starting it up again. (make sure it is fully shut down and not sleep and not restarted)

Y'all if none of these things work- unplug your PC from the wall, and while it's unplugged hold the power button for a few seconds and then plug it back in. A friend found this solution on Reddit and after trying all this (minus the last one, I was near tears LMAO) it worked perfectly. Sometimes, the solution really is as simple as shutting it off and turning it back on. If this doesn't help you, I pray that you find the patience to deal with it and you find a solution that is quick and easy.

I also use the same laptop and this thing just annoys me out when the bluetooth just gets lost by its own ... Comes back sometimes while sometimes restart , shut down multiple times also doesn't works . What to do ? Because I m very much irritated from this .
my bt symbols was disappeared It helped me to shut down the PC and unplug the power cable and then press and hold the start button on the PC a few times. Now connect the power cable again and start the computer idk why but it works for me

The "Add" button is just grey and I can't press it.
do the services.msc press stop and then start after that go to the settings>bluetooth and turn it on

This, restarts didnt work but shutdown did. Did the same in the past as well. Probably didn't have to do all the extra steps either.
