Throttle cable behind bars will allow easier access to front brake master cylinder and if I recall, bolts to brake lever mount. Great series, keep up the good work! This series was the inspiration for my project. We don’t have a snowmobile season in South Texas, so we had to get through this part without the benefit of your videos.
Ya I noticed the Domino throttle housing is right in the road for doing master cylinder work, but it actually looks tidy all tucked on together. I lived in Southern Oklahoma for 5 years, so I feel your pain lol it makes me happy to hear the series is making an impact for other projects! Your gonna love the wrap up coming here very soon!
Really enjoyed watching this bike come together, and how meticulous you have been with the build ,and informative with the videos ....absolutely killer job man!! Would love to see another 2stroke build for sure .I'm sure you will fall in love with 2strokes again after riding the 125 !
Not gonna lie, I’m thinking 250f or yz125. I want to go Japanese this time, although the KTM was a nice change. Glad you like the content, and I appreciate that you love the in depth. It’s hard to film, but I feel it’s worth it to show as much as possible! Thanks Chase!
@@DanMX2112 looks like I'm in luck ,as I have a 02 ktm 125 wich all your videos helped me piece back together 100%...and I have just got an 05 YAMAHA YZ 125 SO DEFINITELY GO WITH THE 125🤣as I know it will be another absolutely EPIC build
Next build. Personally, I would love to follow a Kawasaki KX 250F build. You Tube world has lots of how to videos on maintaining a KX 250F. However, I can’t say I have seen a good build series on the green 250 F.
Hi dany, thanks for this nice video, the construction is going to be sick bro Nevertheless, I have a small question, I'm doing the same rebuild and after reassembling my engine and installing my clutch cylinder, the gears won't shift. I really have no idea where this can come from because when the engine is off the gears shift, so I think the clutch is not disengaging
Probleme fixed, I had to change my gear oil after warming up my engin, the clutch was a bit sticky but idk why. Now it’s riding, I hope that my bike won’t let me down again. Good luck for your project bro and thx for the respond !

2 strokes rock, hell, get 1 of each I did!

I have no idea how the engine can run, not shift the gears, and no spin the wheel. Idk…

ive been working so hard on my bike but i still cant find someone to paint my frame but ima finish my bike then take it apart againg to paint ..
Fortunately it’s not to much to get a bike down to the frame. Only about 3 hours and it can be done.
can i use 4mm hose for the carb?for all 5 vents?
Yes that will work for all of it.
where can i buy the brake reservoir cap @?
It sure it came with the bike, but I’m sure eBay or Amazon has something.

Nope have to buy fuel specific line.

KTM throttle cables go behind the bars. Weird, I know. But if in front works for your cable, then great.
It does, but I hate that design so opted for front routing. There is enough cable which makes me wonder why that is? Who knows lol
