Hey Dan, Great video series,I’ve followed your process step by step rebuilding my 2003. My question is regarding the cylinder head gaskets. 1. My vortex kit comes with 3 different size head gaskets(head to block). I am not sure which one to use. 2. I noticed that you did not install the OEM o-ring style gasket on the cylinder head cap(near spark plug). Are the paper gaskets better?

Just finishing 2 YZ250F and Splitting the case on a WR450F. The ring choice (factory OEM) on the 450 is obvious due to thickness. but doesn't seem to match the side profile of the manual. I had to put it aside for the evening. I'll re-evaluate in the AM. I think I've met my match for being anal in the cleanliness department. I'm picky, your obsessed👍👍

hello, i fully rebuildt a husqvarna te 125 which has the ktm sx 125 2007-2016 engine. what should the squish be? i have a high compression head and it’s .7mm is this to little?

Had 2 of them,those 04 had big power for a 125 and pretty reliable,suspension was the let down ,put kayaba sss forks on the second one,amazing

I rebuilt my rear master cylinder the same way and my brakes are still not functional. Ive blead the brakes several times and it still offers little to no stopping power. Could it be something in the caliber?

I know this is an older video, but I recently got your exact same bike for $700 (it wouldn’t start), cleaned the carb and added new gas it started right up within 3 kicks, and now like you said, usually the first kick. I am having some carb issues, and am wondering what jetting your running in your carb. I believe your in vernal, I’m close to you in Kaysville, wondering if you can help me out.
