For some reason watching a slightly different version of this opening after so many years is so damn unnerving. It almost feels like something I’d see in a weird dream.
My favorite episode is The Haunted House Game. My favorite part in the episode is when the fisherman on the boat throws a net catching the male protagonist Jonathan and reels him. The actor man playing the fisherman has to be the strongest person in the world to physically reel Jonathan in the net

I am almost 32. I am Afghan, but Canadian born. I would watch Goosebumps and so many other things on YTV. Apparently the episodes were filmed in Canada, as are most shows. Don't want to sound too cliche, but being a child has its perks. You don't tend to think or worry too much. You are just a child, enjoying mama's delicious food and watching television, specifically your favourite childhood channel into the long hours of the night. You don't think beyond that. There's so much I could say- I could write a book about growing up in the 90s-2000s. But I'll leave it at that. As a 90s kid, I'm still simple at heart in a way.
