I am just sitting on the living room floor, eating breakfast cereal out the box like sweet popcorn and trying not to laugh too loud and wake up my parents who could sleep late cause they actually had adult jobs when you didn't have to work on Saturdays unless you got overtime or extra pay. Can we get up now!!“ because we weren’t allowed to come out of our rooms unless she was up… Needless to say she didn’t get to sleep in lol … My brother passed away 30 years ago. I watched ABC Morning cartoons from the 6:30 am-9 am time frame. ABC had Land of the Lost, SuperFriends, Kids Incorporated, PacMan, Plastic Man, Richie Rich, School House Rock, The Real Ghostbusters, and Menudo on ABC. I only watched some Smurfs (on occasion), but most definitely watched Spiderman and Friends and eventually, X-Men. Then, I would go back to CBS to watch Muppet Babies, Pryor's Place, Galaxy High, Pee Wee's Playhouse, and my favorite, Dungeons and Dragons. It was always me up turning the tv constantly because I was trying to watch them all. I remember as I aged and it became 87-88 that stuff was changing. I remember Good Morning, Miss Bliss and then in a year or so, it was Saved by the Bell.

I love this video for the nostalgia factor. I would have been three years old in 82 but most of the cartoons aired for years after so they are still a huge part of my childhood. What’s interesting though is the blatant programming in the cereal commercials. Every cereal commercial states that their product is “Part of this complete/nutritious breakfast.”

The Bullwinkle Show returned to network television during the 1981-1982 season, when NBC aired it at 12:30 p.m. ET Saturday afternoons. These were rebroadcasts of the original 35mm network prints as Jay Ward produced them, without the Total Television fillers added to the 16mm syndication prints.

My ONLY complaint in these vids is the occasional editing. Like when the flintstones are small, that should have been blown up to proper size and sometimes it feels the commercials are cut in poorly or not at the right spots). THANKS ALOT for these though.
