Wow I had no idea that the show “Emergency” had an animated series too. Unbelievable 😀😀😀😀that’s awesome.
Right?!
Yep! They sure did!
I didn't either. Lol. I always had a schedule of my favorites and pretty much stuck to it. This may have been on while I was watching something else. 😆 We took our Saturdays serious as our grandmothers took their "stories" 🤣
Yup, had to get up at 5 am on saturday morning for good cartoons, i think Emergency plus 4 cam on at 530 or 6.
@@MoneMedia Thank you Mone I am a big fan of Emergency TV Show.
❤❤❤ I remember just being so excited to getting that particular tv guide issue every year. The Saturday moring line up, cartoons and shows like Sid n Marty Kroft, Isis and Shazam.
Saturday was the best day ever.
I absolutely love the 70's Saturday mornings line-up! "Sigmund", and "Land of the lost" are true classics! Hoping you'll share even more 70's Nostalgia sometime soon! Thanks so much for sharing, and have a "swell" weekend! Take Care! Ms. Elizabeth 📺📼📺📼📺📼
You got it!
The absolute best. Kids now days will never know the joy of getting up early to watch gems like these
The kids like these cartoons more than I expected
It's like they're watching miniature movies 🎬🎥
there's something actually happening. that music pulls you in. the first few commercials aren't overbearing. they are bright story wise and images. what in the heck happened to everything. stuff got dull.
@@camcordernonsense5264 💯
Oh hell yea! Getting to the really good stuff! The 70s!!! Keep up the great work MONE MEDIA!!!!
Back when the Burger King had a real face instead of looking like a plastic alien from Dr. Who.😆
Really loving' these Saturday morning swings down memory lane. Hard to believe this was almost 50 years ago. Pushing 60 now. Man! makes me feel old.
i just can't get enough of this amazing Saturday Morning cartoons Line up..
Snoopy Drive-In Theater! Wow, haven't thought about that in 40 years.
Look Forward to these Sat. Morning Gems Every Weekend TY! 😎🌞
Glad you like them!
When cartoons were cartoons and kids were allowed to be kids! Thanks!❤
Beauty! I grew up with the big wheels but no saddlebag. Good memories, wore the hand break out quick which wore the tread off the tires. Appreciate the captions too.
Being a fan of "Planet of the apes" films and TV shows, the animated series was very well written and a integral part of this ever-growing franchise!
Thank you for taking the time to post these videos. It is appreciated!😊
yes. it is.
Emergency was one of my favorite cartoons. Forget about the planet of the apes. These cartoons inspired hours of play.
I remember the animated series of Emergency and the characters also look so much like the ones from the live series.
40:40 OMG that's Margaret Hamilton! (Wicked Witch of the West in the Wizard of Oz). Weird show to get an acting gig. I wonder how children responded to the Sea Monsters? Those look both ugly cute and may also be taken as nightmare fuel on the right light...
This is before my time (a little bit not much 😂).
Excellent work bringing this back, I enjoy both the shows and the commercials.
Ms. Hamilton was known in the 70s or so as the old lady storekeeper, Cora, that hawked Maxwell House Coffee.
Wowowow, luv these cartoons!!! Thanx for posting. 10/02/2021.
Glad you like them!
9AM came “The Secret Lives of Waldo Kitty”, but it was retitled as “The Adventures of Waldo Kitty” for syndication when it was part of the “Groovie Goolies & Friends” TV package in 1977.
That was a pretty good synopsis of Filmation's mid-70s work.
Some sort of dispute with James Thurber's wife took Kitty's title, changed it and removed the real cats.
Man you’re killing it! Thank you for all your hard work! I love playing these in the background! Might do this during the holidays!
I was nearly 13 and still watching these every morning! I hated most Krofft creations cuz I thought the puppets were dumb and ugly looking but HR Puffenstuf and Land of the Lost are gems! I had the biggest crush on Will lol
Will (Wesley Eure) so did Richard Chamberlain.
Yeah, 13s a little old to still be watching cartoons my guy. You should a been moving on to American Bandstand or Soul Train by then, not good
I feel like a kid of the 70's again. Easy life back then.
I love Saturday morning shows of the 70s like Superfriends, Schoolhouse Rock, Scooby Doo, Fat Albert, American Bandstand, Soul Train, Land of the Lost, Pink Panther, Jabberjaw, The Red Hand Gang, Jackson 5, Shazam, Run Joe Run, and lots more too!!!! Boy does that bring back memories!!!! Do you have ABC Saturday morning from 1976 the year I was born!!!!! Thanks so much for posting this video!!!! I love it!!!! I love the 70s!!!! Can you dig it!!!!!😃😃😃😃😁😁😁😁✌️✌️✌️✌️😍😍😍😍♥️♥️♥️♥️☕😃😃😃😃😃😃🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🎂🎂🎂🎂✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻☕☕☕☕☕☕

Marvelous work guys and girls!!!
just me
Someone please invent a time machine and let's all go back to this era of awesome fun filled Saturday morning kids shows and cartoons. I prefer the old school hand drawn animation versus CGI computerized style. Cheers to the seventies.
Isn't that what this is?
@garybryant9097 Yes that's why I prefer it to the modern cartoons..cheers!
I take it Saturday morning station bumpers didn't come about till the late 70's into the early 80's. Sad not to see bumpers but other than that good upload.
you are correct, no bumpers til 78
I remember reading in an interview that Doug Wildey thought Return to the Planet of the Apes was his best work, even more so than Jonny Quest.
Love ya big bro! thanks for waking me up for morning cartoons
Any time!
Killing it!!
Grew up on these. Love that LA Rams jacket Johnny Whitaker is wearing
Holy Crap, It's Run Joe, Run!!! That show was the bomb!
I'd been 10- years-old, for about 3 months when this came on tv.
Hey I’m actually awake to catch the morning cartoons!!! Yay!!! And I really like that they’re 70’s cartoons!! What a treat!!
did you get your cereal? I forgot to
@@camcordernonsense5264 yep I sure did!!☺️
@@camcordernonsense5264 I sat there just like an 8 year old with my bowl of fruity pebbles watching cartoons 😂😂
@@hollypierce3076 nice!
This is blowing my mind recreating my childhood saturday morning goodness. Thank you.
This brought back so many memories! lol
crazy few years before I was born in 78. I heard the 70s where a banging time though from my brother. He was 10 years older than me.
Man that chase scene in Planet of the Apes really drags on.
I watched the 1977 NBC video and love it so now I am watching this one they’re awesome!!!!
thanks for viewing
Ok, this did it...just subbed. Too many childhood memories to ignore. ❤😊👍
Okay, I was 9. Sigmund was the best! And Land of the Lost!!

thanks bless you
Emergency +4 , that was my FAVORITE show. Cartoon on Saturday morning and Emergency Saturday night 😉
Thanks for the uploads. I was 7 years old at that time. The good ole' days of Saturday morning TV. BTW the first Burger King ad with the magic tricks, the young black girl is Kim Fields of Facts of Life and Living Single fame!
The boy with the shiny hair and the blonde girl always got the best parts in those days.
Go man go! Keep up the great work!
Thanks! Will do!
Thank You!!
This is a year prior to my birth but thank you 😊
🎉
Thanks for taking this OG back to a fun time in my childhood 😊
You bet
These were the best cartoons
Saturday morning was my jam in the 70's! k-6
I love the memories thanks mone media!!
Can't believe the memories this jolted loose, more from the ads than anything else. I was 9 in the Fall of '75. NBC did not have the best Saturday morning line up just then.
Planet of the Apes had some of the worst animation and other production values I have ever seen. Wow. Freakin' horrible...
Also, you wrote: "This was the United States broadcast television schedule on all three commercial television networks on Saturday mornings..." which simply isn't true. This is only one of the three networks. One of them would have had the Bugs Bunny and Friends Show, and the third must've been showing the Hannah Barberra crap, and maybe some other stuff.
Land of the Lost and that Six Million Dollar Man toy ad won me over!!!!!! 10/10
my fav one of these yet. peace
Very good job dudes and well done!! Congratulations 999.62% yo throughout the 4th sizzling week of said joyous June y'all. Wow I had no idea that the show “Emergency” had an animated series too. Unbelievable 😀😀😀😀that’s awesome.
No dudes just me. Yes Emergency had a cartoon
I still watch emergency plus one

I just found out emergency had mego like action figures . I never knew there was a cartoon to.. I still watch the live action show on cozi here and there
my first hot wheels was the emergency ambulance..this is amazing .thank you I'm 6 yrs old again..wooooo
I could have sworn that Land of the Lost had better special effects... still better than the remake of some 20 yrs later. Had a HUGE crush on "Holly"!
Nope, always bad sfx. One of the reasons I didn't really like the show when it was on. It got better in later seasons though when they brought in some great sci-fi writers
@@CaptApril123 I suppose it's because I was looking at the special effects through the eyes of a kid...plus, special effects were still in their infancy, at the time.
Emergency had a cartoon? What about police woman, swat, the rookies? , Vegas Dan Tanna, loveboat?
CHiPS?
I like Johnny and Scott's surfboards; a fish and pintail.
Emergency was my show never knew they had a cartoon cool
COOL MAN ! LOVE IT . 🤠🖖
Best think on you tube
Now I know where the idea for Squidbillies came from.
Holy cow - that Emergency cartoon was a LOT. I wasn't into shows like Emergency or Adam-12 when I was a kid, so I never watched it. If it wasn't comedy or superhero, I just wasn't interested. I never knew they packed that much action!
I've been trying to find episodes of Westwind for the longest time. The opening credits sequence is on RUclips, along with one or two other short clips, but whoever has the unedited episodes is keepign them under lock and key.
💯🔥
I know I'm way late but, I want a Spinwelder
I knew about it but forgot about it thanks for jarring My memory
Que pasada, que lastima no hablar americano, pero estos dibujos valen hasta para niños , son alucinantes,y esa música es puro Groove funk setentero yupi.
I'd give a lot for RUN JOE RUN every ep and WESTWIND.
"Give him D5W and transport immediately. Rampart out."

Like its live-action TV predecessor, "Return to The Planet of The Apes", although it was a Saturday morning cartoon series, had tried to retain the elements that made the motion pictures so successful. One connection with the films, is actor Austin Stoker; ("Macdonald" from "Battle for The Planet of The Apes"), voiced the character of astronaut Jeff Carter.
Ok...so here's some real nerdiness for you: the animated show seemed to be closer to Rod Serling's original script for the 1968 film
He recent passed away. RIP, Austin Stoker.
How did I miss animated emergency ? I saw the live version!
Can we get a line up with the ewoks, gummi bears, dungeon and dragons, the littles and end it with the super friends ??

The acting in Land of the Lost is so bad it's good
Emergency guys had a cartoon, did not know that
It would have been COOL if the show AIRWOLF had a cartoon version.
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I forgot all about that Mason Reese kid that use to appear in a lot of commercials I don't remember that kung fu adventure set commercial with the doll that looks like a Samurai
YES!
2:21:50 is that Walker Edmiston doing the narration for the commercial omg, cant believe i stumped on that (if it is him)
I enjoy the whole show . Better comericials too
9:37 he's the one and only ill remember.
I've already said why this is great...and I'll say it again...
LAND OF THE LOST
Thank you all very much...
Can you post the 1977-1978 NBC Saturday Morning lineup?
yes this saturday morning
Wow, where did you get these videos? In 1975, I was still watching Saturday morning cartoons, but I was loyal to Channel 2, KNXT, Los Angeles. I did watch cartoons on Channel 7, KABC ,LosAngeles: The Tom and Jerry Grape Ape show and Hong Kong Phoohey. I tried watching Uncle Croc's Block, but for me that's when Saturday morning cartoons jumped the shark. I knew UC block was spoofing kid's shows, but...... Lol!
Yes. Fall 75-spring ‘76 was the last season I actively watched Saturday morning cartoons. I was 12, and in the sixth grade.
I remember, I quite liked Uncle Croc’s Block, but only the live action part. I, too, understood that it was a spoof of cartoon show hosts. Most of the cartoons on that show were just plain bad.
Speaking of cartoon show hosts, perhaps you might remember “Skip & Woofer“? That was on channel 13 at 7 AM weekdays. I don’t think it was on very long. In fact, it might’ve been canceled by the time the shows in this video were on.
First cartoon: Ohmigosh like watching a live action Emergency! episode! I loved Emergency!
Not a big fan of Sigmund
Waldo Kitty isn't too bad, actually.
Pink Panther only had one short, copyright issues?
Land of the Lost is pretty decent.
Run, Joe, Run not a fan. Even with the plot mentioned, I'm not sure I get this live action "cartoon".
Return to the Planet of the Apes plays like the live action movie series, which wasn't bad, and this isn't bad. Pretty good dramatic feel.
find westwind for us please! WESTWIND!
Burger King commercials. Before we found out that kind of food was bad for you. Mom and dad always preferred Burger King but I always wanted to go to McDonalds. Today I won’t go near those places because I don’t want diabetes or heart disease.
Legendary voice-over artist Paul Frees on the into narration @ 1:56:47
Can you post the 78-79 CBS Saturday Morning lineup?
next week Saturday
i was three then so no idea what i watched at 3 :P
but yeah i remember sigmund and land of the lost and had a big crush on kathy, i was born 1972 so really remember even watching faintly impossibles and frankenstein jr
Year 1976 🗓️
What they made a cartoon of emergency back then i were 4 back then and didn't notice it i kind of remember the live action show but never the cartoon but i do remember waldo kitty
sure is a lot of work put into the Emergency cartoon.
What was the song at the very beginning? “In trouble again….” It’s so familiar but I can’t remember
