It was directed by Walt & animated by Ub Iwerks in 1929. Andrew Gold wrote the Halloween song Spooky Scary Skeletons first released on his album Halloween Howls: Fun & Scary Music in 1996. In 1998 Disney included the song on their VHS tape Disney Sing-Along Songs: Happy Haunting. Party at Disneyland. So this animation is a clip from the original, from 1929 & has probably been cleaned up & has been colourised.
