HALion 6 overview, thank you very much! :D But the HALion Sonic is a great workstation VSTi and it actually has 16 slots but when you try to mix 16 channels of this complexity you realize it's ... more than enough! @@TTVox_InformationChannel I recently discovered that Motif XS absolutely blows Halion Sonic out of the water, even the Motif ES sounds far more superior to Halion Sonic. I would imagine the Yamaha Motif XF sounds simlar to the Motif XS. I think the Yamaha MOXF is basically a Motif XF in the form of a midi controller rather than a workstation.
Hi Markus. It's great for dance music as it has many different synthesizers in it. And there are some very cool expansions that are aimed towards specific genres.

Hey I just purchased Cubase 10 full and when i look into my Halion libraries I don't see all those you have, I only have 5 libraries, SE Artist, SE basic, SE Hybird, SE Pro & Trip, did all those libraries come with yours?
This review shows off the features of HALion Sonic 3, which is a separate product at extra cost (it has the same content as HALion 6, but not the sound design or scripting features). HALion Sonic SE 3, as bundled with Cubase, only has the content bundled with the Cubase installer.

I have cubase 10 with Halion Sonic SE 3, but it doesn't contain all this libraries. There only 7. Is it a bug or there is a need to add and update?
Halion Sonic SE 3 is a cut down version of Halion Sonic 3. If you want the full version of Halion Sonic 3
you have to buy it seperately.

Yes, they are different. HS SE is a scaled down version that is included with some versions of Cubase. HS 3 is the full version.

Markus Benjamin it's more than sufficient. My assumption is that you have Cubase 9.5. With Cubase 9.5 and this, you can do anything.

how many of these instruments come with Halion if you buy the new cubase elements 10?
You only get the SE libraries as part of Cubase.
