  • Circular saw blade on Trimmer test. How to cut brush with weedeater. I Kendall Todd show you how to put a saw blade on a string trimmer. This a great way to cut brush and sticks branches with a weedeater, or string trimmer. I show you how I circular saw blade or now a Brush blade installation on a echo weedeater. I believe Weed eater is a brand of string trimmer, however stihl, echo homelite, husqvarna, hitachi, make string trimmers, and people may call different brand string trimmers weed eaters, or weedeaters.

    This makes perfect sense to me. Will be doing this to cut old overgrown kudzu vines and thick brush.

    Of course finer teeth would be smoother like every other form of wood cutting.

    I use steel blades all the time. I would NOT use a carbide-tipped blade. Also use it only on a heavy duty saw suspended from a harness, NOT a hand-held. (Stihl FS-360).

    Might want to get a chainsaw for trees.
    If by chance that blades comes loose you'd
    be in for shitting your pants of a lifetime.

    Of course the same rules apply as chainsawing. Don’t cut from underside or you’ll get pinched.

      Compared to the string, probably so. But compared to the bazillion other brush cutter blades on the market that are made to do exactly this, pretty much equally safe. Depends what you compare it to.
