Great Advice!! Also a good point to make if you update a program put a RIV # at the top because if you try to load a program with the current program blinking it will not load. Reset must be pushed first. Rev# will tell you its an updated program.
Hi, I am trying to get the load monitor work in OPS U100 L controllers , which is very similar to this as it looks, however i can not find where the load values installed after teaching mode, could you please help me with this
I'll have to do some more looking on this however when it comes to the teaching mode it sounds more like a mazak but if you are wanting to make sure that your work offsets are in the right locations you could go into MDI and send it to a known location to see if it has been set correctly. I will say your values are on the screen somewhere it's just kind of hard to find them on these older machines
At minute 2:30 in this video. ruclips.net/video/qsOkxyRLabE/видео.htmlsi=LR5tsmWtOEB7MYHq I'll go over how to load from an RS-232. I know it's not the same machine. However, it should be very close, just different buttons

How would you load a program onto this machine using the RS-232 port?

When I get back to the shop I'll look to see if I can figure out how to do it and if I can I'll record it and send it as well
Thanks for watching
