Just bought this helmet and it came in. I won't be home though for a week and a half. Gonna order a transition lens for it. Can't wait to try this helmet out.
@@omartrujillo89 I like it a lot. It's quiet but I still wear earplugs. The venting is good too. I want to get one of the photochromatic visors but I've been ok with the clear. I think you'll like it. The cheek pads are tight at first but they do loosen up.
Wonderful helmet. It's called the nxr2 in my country. Few times a year they will do a free Personal fitting event where you can go in and get fine tune adjustments with the padding to get the fit even more dialed in.
Hi there. Thank you for the video. I have done as you do in your video, installed the pinlock and put the visor back on. It moves up and down fine but the visor doesn’t lock closed, the pinlock prevents it . Am installing the pinlock wrong? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
That's odd and shouldnt happen. Perhaps you installed the pinlock backward? Check if it's hitting anything. Alternatively check that you installed the visor correctly?
@@FunWithAJ thanks for the reply. I will check if the visor is installed correctly without the pinlock. The pinlock is installed correctly, but maybe is placed a bit lower than should be…? Again, that was a good video. Thanks.
You said the inside is not protected but then peeled the protective film off after installing. Whats wrong with touching the inside if there is a protective film there?
I think I meant the inside of the lens not the visor. You want to make sure the surfacebetween both is clear otherwise you're be riding finger prints/smudges daily until you remove your inner anti fog lens and replace it which can cost upward of $50 to replace.
@FunWithAJ I can't figure out where the chin guard hooks into. Any idea where I can see the install? The instructions are pretty awful and definitely written by a non-english speaker haha. Love the videos by the way. To the point without a bunch of extra bs. Subscribed
Dude, this is the best method I've seen yet. Thanks for the vid!
Thanks for the positive comment. Greatly appreciate it, that inspires me to make more content.

How do you like it after 6 months? I just got mine today

Make sure you got the right pinlock for your visor
Thanks for the help
My pleasure.

I see what you're saying now that I'm actually installing it. Makes sense

Great vid, I find the pinlock does not work that great. But better than without
@@rogervallve7375 odd. I haven't had any issues with the pin lock in rain or cold. Maybe you got a bad one?
after re-watching this vid, i decided to take it off and try again. rode 2 warm days so far so good.
@@rogervallve7375 glad to hear!
how much cheaper was open box vs. new?
Saved $200
where did you purchase the insert from?
Came with the helmet but I believe revzilla sells them
Very helpful
Thanks for watching and for the kind comment

Can you post a video of it on your channel I'll try to watch and see what the issue is.
