Thank-you for the update Claire I saw you did an event for the executed Tudor queens earlier this year. I wasn't able to register in time for that one but will check this one out. Love Queen Elizabeth I and always enjoy learning more about her. I'm curious how differently you think her life might have gone had her mother Anne not been executed? What if Anne had given birth to a son that outlived Henry VIII? What would Anne's relationship with her daughter have been like if she had lived into her reign? Would Elizabeth's personality have been different if her upbringing was more stable? Looking forward to the event.

Things would have been so very different if Anne had not been executed and had had a son. Elizabeth may never have been queen! And I do think Anne would have been a huge influence on Elizabeth as she grew up.
