Awesome Girl ! Nice idea, Pizza is versatile, and that Brand of Puff Pastry is nice and cheap. It's always a balance of Crust, Sauce and Toppings that makes a great Pizza, everybody has an opinion,
and I'm thinking that buttery crust just might be my Families favorite...we'll see.

try using watercress if you can find it where you live. It has a peppery taste as well but a bit different than arugula. I had some on a pizza at this local pizza joint with chanterelles and I think boar or maybe just pork and blackberries. I have no Idea what the sauce was but it was a white sauce. surprisingly good.
