Protein Cinnamon Apple Hand Pies - Vegan

INGREDIENTS:
-80g ww flour or oat flour
-1 scoop Vedge Nutrition Plant Protein (🫶🏽code: NATALIE)
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-A pinch of salt
-120g unsweetened applesauce

FILLING:
100g chopped apples
Cinnamon

STEPS:
1. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, Plant Protein, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
2. Add applesauce to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
3. On a floured surface, or using two pieces of parchment paper, roll out the dough and cut it into three small circles.
4. Prepare the filling by cooking chopped apples over medium heat with cinnamon to taste until translucent.
5. Allow the apples to cool, then place a small amount of the apple filling in the center of each dough circle.
6. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-circle shape, and press the edges together to seal. Spray them with a little bit of oil.
7. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
8. Place the hand pies in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the pies are golden brown and cooked through.
9. Allow the pies to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

No you would need to add more binder for almond flour and more liquid to coconut flour.
Both of those are really high and fat as which would change the macro ratio completely.
