    While I won't comment on the intricacies of the cooking process, I agree with you on:
    1. Do NOT use the breast pieces. The thighs are the best
    2. Do NOT use cream. It's much better with butter
    3. Strain the sauce

      Not straining doesn't make sense to me unless it's a dhaba style recipe.
