✚ TIPS:
- Wear an old tee or a black tank, whatever is necessary
- Apply Vaseline along your hairline to avoid staining on your forehead
✚ F.A.Q.
- I have never bleached my hair ~ a year ago, I went to the salon to had my color "lifted" but that was the only time, after that I just used box dyes (browns and reds) and so my hair is just a mix of dyes
- I cannot guarantee that this is what you will get, everyone's hair is different, so your hair may not take the color as well as mine.
- I only needed to use one box dye, even when I had long hair to my butt, I only needed one box
If your hair is thicker and longer, you may need another box
- Reds wash out so easily! I try and preserve my red hair by washing it every other day or every 2 days and with a specific hair shampoo and conditioner that doesn't strip the color ( I recommend Redken Extreme). Doing this allows my hair color to last for up to a month. Also avoid chlorine and staying in the sun for prolonged periods of time. (apply a hair color protectant if necessary)

I've never dyed my hair myself because I've always been afraid I'd ruin it. At the same time I hated paying for it because it never turned out right. I watched this video twice before dying my hair today and it was so simple I was amazed. It also turned out perfect. I'm not exactly great at beauty things so I just wanted to say thank you for saving my hair and my wallet.

I love this dye! I have golden brown hair and my hair comes out much brighter, close to Ariel(from the little mermaid) red. The color of your hair does depend on how bright your hair will be. Red does fade pretty quickly too, when you wash your hair use lukewarm water to help the dye stay. I also use the John Frieda shampoo & conditioner for red hair just to help keep the color!

When you dyed your hair brown for the first time did you get a blonde box dye because whenever I dye my hair to brown with a brown box dye it never works when I wash it out it goes back to being black I tried this 3 times already

Ello! I wonder the color turned out pretty great on you which you already have some color on your hairs before you started. I had similar color well darker. But if I dyed it at home it never showed up. I was thinking about bleach it first then dye the color I want. Which bleach is bad for hairs. So what's other tips I could use for my problem? Thanks!

my hair is a dark brown color and I dyed the bottom inside half (the area you said that you liked darker) a lighter brown. if I try this hair dye color, will it turn out like yours or darker because as beautiful as your hair is, I want mine to be a bit more natural and darker

Princess Kayla you wash it out in the shower with the shampoo and conditioner it comes with, it won't dye you or the tub. It's not messy at all once the dye is already in. It's super soft when the dye is out (:

I died my hair like an auburn color n I died it this color but ever since I died it a black color before it never come out the way I want it it's not a vibrant color it's still dark on the rest of my hair. What do you think I can do to get it a vibrant color that will show?!

i died my hair blonder about a week ago and it turned really brassy i had darkish dirty blonde hair before i died it and i dont like the die i used do you have any favorite hair dyes for going blonder that wont turn my hair brassy? i had to fix it with purple shampoo and i dont like doing that. thanks!
