Aman’s worst driving partner like out of all aman’s students in her channel. Is that one guy in the last two videos ago. the annoying guy who acted ghetto. And tried to act cool but everyone knows that he’s not. You know the guy who drove on automatic but still had a lot of minor and major mistakes. Yeah everyone knew it was an obvious fail on his test. his driving mock test. Good gawd he was hands down aman’s worst student.

Safro has got to be the next star Learner along with Erin. That was a really good start, Safro things go wrong when you first start, but you learn as you go along and it feels really good when you get it right.

i jus passed 2 days ago and I remember my first lesson. feels like it was an eternity ago, being terrified for my life, moving off, doing 5 mph on a side road 😂crazy how time flies
ahahaha aint it just, i passed almost a year ago and looking back its one of those things like how did i not know how to drive? its so easy when you get the hang of it but i hated it whilst learning.

Such a lovely guy. He made so much progress dyring that lesson. He is right; you are a good instructor. I had a calm instructor when I was learning,and I would not have continued if he had shouted at me every time I made a mistake.

Im filipino too and man. Aman should visit the Philippines and maybe kinda drive there. like how cool would that be. but I doubt it. She’s of Indian descent so she drives only in India and in the UK mostly. She actually said on a vlog of hers that she wanted to visit asian countries like japan and Philippines. Soo🤷

I do not know why am I watching this even though I have license, but this just maintains my mental peace leading to work more effectively and efficiently, watching the beautiful roads of London, learning the patience she has towards her candidates and most importantly watching to improve driving more for the betterment.

At 2:30 putting the seat belt on: put the waist belt under the hoodie to get it down to the hips and pull the slack out. It helps in case you drive off the cliff.

I've been driving an automatic even though I studied driving a manual in driving school. Driving automatic is way more convenient. But watching this video makes me miss driving a manual.

I don't have a manual vehicle but I'm still trying to learn the clutch control.....
We use clutch to change gears and to stop but i think I'll need physical experience 😢😢😢
It _was_ a nice video, but I can't help feeling that it would be more beneficial to teach somebody first the clutch control and only _then_ combine it with other things, especially -- with observations. I don't know how a beginner can be expected to be on top of all of those things happening at once -- that's absolutely impossible. You've got to get a decent grip of clutch and steering control before you go out on streets with anything more than the absolutely minimum of traffic and turns. Just starting and stopping might be a little boring and I don't mean that this sort of drill should continue for more than a few lessons, but one learns by building confidence, and you don't build confidence by being constantly overwhelmed and just barely keeping your head above water.
Also, one thing that seems to me to be overstated in the standard procedure for slowing down that is being imparted on the students is how you always have to brake first and declutch later. That's correct, of course, but it only matters for speeds above, let's say, 20 mph -- basically, when you're above 2nd gear. Below that, the significance of engine braking is marginal, so, in my opinion, it's more important to make the student understand that it's useful to declutch when slowing down in low speed ranges, because it may often happen that they will have to slow down more than expected or even to stop completely, and, in the spur of the moment, they'll forget to declutch, so that, consequently, they will stall. And stalling isn't great either for the driver, nor for the car.

Yep! That's what the UK's humongous bureaucracy looks like with its ridiculous misconceptions, pathetic requirements, and plenty of misleading regulations no one can explain. If a car is equipped with ABS, it does not matter whether to use brake->clutch or clutch->brake at any speed. This has nothing to do with engine braking in the first place as modern brakes can easily block the wheels if ABS is turned off.
Engine stalling has no harmful effect on a car.

I have big feet, size 12G. Amin your car's pedals look quite close together. I have an auto now, but pedals size and spacing when I had a manual was #1 priority, both choosing what instructor used cars with suitable pedals, and after, choosing my own vehicle.
In the end resting my left foot lightly on the clutch was better than trying to fit it in a too-small space to its left (better for emergency stops too).
Erin and safro have the same personality.
