How can I find the requirements to enroll at the Masters ?Can you be an undergraduate ? Here to answer the thumbnail question. Yes. Many things.
If God is unable to prevent evil, then he is not all-powerful.
If God is not willing to prevent evil, then he is not all-good.
If God is both willing and able to prevent evil, then why does evil exist?
Because he is not a loving god, or maybe he isn't into the affairs of this world?
Unless you see the light of truth...you will be able to ask the father of evil that question in person. Read the Bible and know the truth.
