Honestly, I like this version when you're playing as yonger Zack. But when older Zack comes in, the older version of this song fits so much better.
Now that's a mod idea.
The more exciting, higher tone of the theme does fit Young Zack now that I think about it.

Definitely no shade on the new soundtrack, it’s pretty good, but there’s something about the old tracks that felt more… crunchy. Like they were more edgy and era appropriate cause it was the mid-late 2000’s. I think the new versions are more contemporary, like more broadly appealing, but I honestly prefer all the old tracks. Like I said, the new tracks are still good, but they’re missing some crunch.
I think the only one I've heard so far is the shinra HQ theme and I would have to agree that it's more crunchy. I do prefer the new one but then again it's all I know since I didn't play the original, but I did like the original versions of the few I've heard.
I think they changed em on purpose to show this universe is deviating this is weird.

This is by far my favorite theme in this game. It's somewhat unfortunate though because that also meant that the peak was so early into the game. Many songs are thematically similar, but they don't hit the spot like this one does.

I was thinking and why don't you put that trick to avoid copyright to all OST titles something like This is not Crisis Core FF VII Reunion OST 08: "Encounter" that made the FF7 Remake OST's not be attacked by copyright it might work for you too
So basically just put "this is not" in front of my title? This one wasn't flagged for copyright on my old channel, just some of the other ones where I had significantly less of me playing the actual game.
@@Manwes_Inspiring_Trax Exactly, just putting something like that in the title is supposed to prevent copyright from falling, unfortunately it's like flipping a coin, you may or may not be lucky, but at least that way you will have a little more security that they will not give you copyright so easily
@@gianfrancopoltronieriperdo6092 gotcha. My experience tells me it's mainly with the content of the actual video, and if it's totally nothing then they won't be able to count it as fair use because it's just ripping the song and putting a picture or apparently even just sitting on the title screen. But if you do any actions like scroll around through the options, it seems to be ok so far.
@@Manwes_Inspiring_Trax Does not work because there is an algorithm at work that is why people pitch songs, anime openings etc. but sadly those version sound like ass. However, some stuff magically survives and I am not sure myself why.

@@randompog8493 Yeah lost my old channel trying to get these out too quick and cutting corners so they flagged up a bunch of copyright strikes strategically for the sole purpose of removing the whole channel rather than just asking me to take the specific stuff they wanted down🙄

they ruined this, my favorite battle theme in any game and they completely ruined it just like zack’s voice
just get the voice mod. the music in this game is good at places. I like this one particularly in the remake. Fresh blood.

I don't like this, they get rid of that metal DnB feel that the original had.

@@optimaltt6070 Okay, with what I search from Sample Focus website, I think it's more like it has drums that used for jungle DnB? Rather than a more normal-sounding one? I like the former type of drum in DnB that I heard. I'm pretty sure this version is more like rock rather than intense metal.
