I've watched about 20 different reviews about the Liberty 3 Pro. This one is the best by far. I just subscribed to this channel and gave you a like. This review deserves way more views and likes than those it currently has.
Andy, you’re making this a work of art! Amazing review! I bought these a week after I got the Sennheiser CX 400BT TW and I’m glad I did. They blew the 400BT’s out of the water in all categories and for 149 USD (I bought them when they had their release price) I couldn’t be happier. These truly are a game changer. I appreciate the hard work you put in these reviews, I’m always looking forward to getting notifications from your channel.
@@AndysTechTone I’m glad there is a company out there putting on the pressure. I don’t know how much it takes to develop high end TW earbuds but soundcore is showing real character with pricing these relatively affordable. Idk if it’s strategic or philosophical with the consumers in mind, but I’m happy with their decision either way. It’s game on after this release though 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
This is a really top-class review. Great writing (it was a long review but nothing felt unnecessary) and amazingly good video editing (because in most reviews people are just talking to the camera) This channel is very underrated!
Great video. I had a chance to compare a few buds recently; Soundcore Life P3, Soundpeats T2 or H1 (not sure), Jabra Elite 75T and one more I can't recall and I can say without a doubt, none of these others come close to sounding as good as the Liberty 3. So glad I didn't spend the extra $ for the Sony's I've been wanting for so long.
Wow this is the best review I've seen on the entire internet. Detailed in the information, meticulous in the analysis, wonderful in the filming and exceptional audio capture. Thank you so much for such an elaborate video!
Hi Andy, I came back here to tell you that I finally received the Liberty 3 Pro that I bought through ebay last black friday for only $60. (blackfriday + renewed) Yes, it took a while to arrive in my country, almost 2 months, but what can I say? I couldn't be more happy. Definitely, the earphone is exactly as you described in your detailed review. I also have the Soundcore Life P3. Of course, no doubt the sound quality and features are better in liberty 3 pro. But for me, one notable difference is in the passive noise cancellation. With the Life P3, low-frequency noise passes through the earphones and appears to "increase" inside the ears. Fortunately, active noise canceling eliminates this. In turn, the Liberty 3 Pro features an incredible passive noise reduction, similar to the use of an "ear plug", isolating the passage of noise to the ear. Finally, I want to thank you for your excellent reviews, and thanks to that, I was able to find an amazing earphone.
Good job on the comparison and review. I've had these over a week and they're good. Only gripe is that the ANC/Transparency could be better for the price point. When I cycle thru the modes there is very little difference. These are the best all-around earbuds right now. Period!
I can really tell the difference, but I wish the Transparency mode was more amplified. There's quite a bit of low end attenuation. OK for hearing voices though. My left bud has a click (like static) when moving, in time with my steps, or when touching it in ANC and Transparency mode. Fine in Normal mode. Replacements coming from Soundcore. They want the old ones back for inspection. Someone else online had same issue in the right bud!
Standard tips work well with these. I just test fit some Comply TW-200 tips for the Sony XM3/XM4's and they fit fine. Personally I like the SednaEarfit XELASTEC tips better.
I have been looking for earbuds with versatile sound I have gone through 10 different pairs of buds. I just got the liberty 3 pro recently, and really like them. They are a little large but not that bad. For me ,them having a 10.5mm Woofer and a balanced armature give them capable hardware. But them having a functional EQ is what makes them worth it. Being able to fine tune the sound to your liking is key. So with good hardware and software these will appeal to more people.
Great review, very helpful! I already have the xm4s and have been considering getting the l3 pros, but after watching this video I have changed my mind as I will likely be getting comparable sound quality at best.
If you have the XM4s I don't think buying anything else makes much sense to be honest. Unless you need something specific like waterproof earbuds or a feature such as multipoint use...
Great review. 👍🏼👍🏼Always in a very informative. I was actually lucky enough and jumped the gun and purchase these for $149. You just confirmed how much I like them and how well they work and all the features they do have. Thanks again keep up the good work. If you wait you might get them on sale.
Other than the Earfun Free Pro 2 being released eventually, the L3P are definitely at the top of my list for earbuds to get.... but once again, great review & the quality content. Keep doing what u do

The Liberty 3pro fixed all of the things that I didn’t like with other buds I’ve tried out. Although they are not perfect they are very close to being so. The only thing I would like to see is better transparency mode and battery percentage on the app. I was blown away by the sound of these buds. Neo buds comparison was spot on! Great review!
Weak transparency was my biggest gripe about my L3P as well. But the software update I received 2 days ago seemed to improve transparency on my L3P significantly.
Andy, did you experience thumping sounds while working out when foots contact the floor or ground especially running. Also, do your ear feel plugged. They advertise the pressure relief technology. Thanks!
Hard to hell as I haven’t tried the Z5 yet. But the Edifier Neobuds Pro seems like a better match to the Z5 both in terms of price and design. The L3P are exceptional buds though so I can easily recommend them.
Love your accent but had to turn up my LP3s. Oh before I forget, I am old. I really like the app on my android tablet however there is no such app for my PC. Might not ever be one? THX

I bought them while they still went for 140 euros and have to say, I don't think they worth more. I find the highs very sibilant, the hear ID did not work well for me, even with a very good fit,, but truth be told the general sound quality is really very good. I never bothered with the latency of earbuds, but this was the first where I actually noticed lip sync issues with RUclips and Netflix. My Jabra Elite 85H and my Edifier NB2 Pro's both have around 150ms and the Liberty 3 Pro has around 300 ms in SBC mode. In LDAC mode the latency is so high that youtube and netflix is unwatchable. Multipoint connection also does not work in LDAC mode (which I understand why but it's still a nuisance) , and has connection issues in any "busy" environments which really makes LDAC more of a gimmick than a useful addition.
Yeah, I get where your frustration is coming from. But LDAC probably only makes sense when listening to music at home or in a quiet environment in my opinion. On the go or in a crowded place you wouldn't really notice much of a difference in sound quality anyway regardless of ANC. Same with highly compressed RUclips videos. Multipoint is a different story but there are limits to what you can do with Bluetooth technology and its limited bandwidth at this stage.
Awesome video man. I'm picking up the beats fit pro tomorrow so I can't wait to see how they stack up against my lp3. I primarily need anc, fit and a bass focused sound profile for gym use so it should be interesting based on the reviews that the beats are receiving

Salute from Malaysia for professional detail comparison in earbud tech. How does this compared to airpod pro in term of ANC/tranparency and microphone for calls in your opinion mr Andy, especially for iphone user.
I recently have de jabra active 75t, I I started to listen music on Tidal in Master Quality UHiFi, and the difference in sound quality is incredible, I would like have the max Quality of audio and using LDAC y considering de 360 audio y Master Quality I Think the Sony are the best option, but L3P makes me ask if I am right.
@@AndysTechTone I’m finding my AirPods Pro’s have better ANC and better clarity. Also AP’s are seamless with the Apple ecosystem. My LP2’s actually sound better as well. Of course they don’t have ANC, but otherwise they just sound better to me. AND this new case! It’s nice and small, but so slippery. The LP2’s finish is much more user friendly.
@@ronwilliams4490 It's no secret I'm not the biggest fan of Airpods in general but as long as you like the Airpods better my opinion is irrelevant here 😊 You're right about the case, it's fancy and cool but not practical at all and I have my concerns regarding its durability too...
Getting a pair in the mail tomorrow - just returned a pair of Bose QCII which were uncomfortable and Toooo BaSSy . Also just got a pair of B&O EX - which sound amazing but ANC is Crap, connectivity flimsy, and they slide out when working out - hoping these LP3’s will be a decent alternative
@@deykno87 … the sound was pretty darn good. Doesn’t touch the Beo EX sound, but pretty darn good nonetheless. Better sound than AirPods. The L3P fit felt unsecure for me. Bose QCII much better fit. All in all L3P great value for the money. But better options if you wanna spend more money.
By default I'd say the Vista2 sounds more balanced and "natural" as you said but the L3P has definitely more bass and treble energy. And then of course there are all the EQ options in both apps...
The expensive Sony xm4 is crappier in phone call quality? You mean the other side of the call cannot hear clearly when there's noise from my surrounding?
@@tty2020 I haven’t tested the Elite 7 Pro so no idea. But based on how good the Elite 7 Active are in that regard I can only imagine the Pro to be even better
@@AndysTechTone ok. I asked this because the elite 7 pro is just slightly pricier than the Soundcore. Roughly USD20. So I am deciding between the two, and also the Sony XM4.
Finally I have to buy this buds ;) Aahhh... I think I will have them all in the end.. Hahaha.. edifier (1 have 2), soundcore, Sony. Edifier just not long enough to my personal liking You have the best explanation on all video you made.. Second to none ;)
Hi Andy. Great and detailed review. I have a question about liberty 3 pro's. Can these cancel music coming from speakers at the gym with ANC on? I own xm4's but don't want to use them for gym sessions. Have you found any earbuds who can cancel music from speakers at the gym? Thanks in advance
The XM4 has a stronger ANC but the L3P should be good enough for gym use too. It all depends on how loud the speakers in the gym are and how loud you listen to music yourself anyway
@@AndysTechTone Speakers can be very loud and annoying. I usually listen my music at 80%. It would be great to listen at lower volume. Maybe is better to change gym 🙂
Changing gyms can be beneficial from a motivational point of view too. I’ve been using the Beats Fit Pro recently in the gym and the ANC is strong enough to block out most noises and the music as well so that might be another option for you
@@AndysTechTone Beats Fit Pro has better ANC than LP3's? I also have Comply foam tips for xm4's. My old isolation series fits better than TrueGrip pro.
The Beats ANC works very well in my ears as I got a very snug fit with the buds. If you want a pair of earbuds for gym use only you might want to consider these instead of the Soundcore
Hi Andy, would like to ask to have this one or Vista 2 also considering price difference (almost 50 EUR on their page)? Seen also the UA Project Rock X, but it seems outdated and lacks a lot of features, a new model should drop soonish I think. Or maybe something else? Into consideration that I do high intensity Crossfit workouts, chalk, dust, sweat, trail runs, in hotness, rain, out in winter conditions, intervals, sprints, upside down work, weelky 6 times 1 to even 4 hour sessions. Both Jabra 75t and Elite 7 Active is moving out even with biggest tips when I do my thing (especially SkiERG is the worst :D). It is so frustrating and disappointing because everything else is so great, small, light, controls, connection, calls, also sound is ok... But sure if someone is not extreme runner, dos not train competitively, liftin' weights or do indoor rowing, then it might fit, but otherwise and would not recommend them. Seems like these others mentioned having the wingtips could work, but all feels equal, little differences like ipx4, ipx7, ip68 which feels like Vista 2, but not overally convincing any overally... Any thoughts would be ppreciated :)
It’s easy, get the Vista 2 for intense workouts. For casual every day use I’d recommend the Soundcore L3P but for physical activities the Vista 2 is a better fit. Alternatively get something with an earhook.

Andy please share with me the comparison between sony xm4 with l3p. ..which is best in sound quality...I want them ...
The L3P have a strong bass and a lively, energetic sound while the Sony is more balanced and neutral
Thank you for a great review , which one would you recommend for sports activities mostly, soundcore liberty 3 pro or jaybird vista 2 ?fit and comfort along with , obviously , sound quality are the most important for me (cost is pretty close).thanks again
I'd go with the Vista 2 for exercise with no hesitation
Hi sir please do compare with jabra elite 7 pro♥♥✌
Subscribed! Great review, very thorough.
Thanks Thomas, much appreciated 👍
Noise cancellation is not as strong as Bose QC, but they're great for price, especially with early purchase discount. Great review anyways. Thanks!
Thanks 👍 I agree, the Bose still has the edge but ANC performance relies on good passive isolation too so individual experiences can greatly vary
Salute from Malaysia for professional detail comparison in earbud tech.
How does this compared to airpod pro in term of ANC/tranparency and microphone for calls in your opinion mr Andy, especially for iphone user.
Thanks buddy but unfortunately I don't have an Airpods Pro at hand for a side by side comparison
@@AndysTechTone okay boss
How much better is the sound quality of these, over the Soundcore Liberty A2 NC?
It's definitely better but I never did a head to head comparison between the two buds
360 audio will not give you better quality at all, LDAC with Master quality will. The Sony buds would still be my choice over the L3P for best sound
Great review and a very handsome reviewer
Thanks Andres 👍
What do you think it's better? Sony xm3 or this liberty 3 pro? Almost same price
Liberty 3 Pro. Tight enough fit, multipoint, IPX4, HearID, LDAC, Bluetooth 5.2 just to name a few features the XM3 don't have
@@AndysTechTone thanks!
Love the review but really interested in comparison with AirPods Pro. Thoughts?
If I had to choose I'd get these any day of the week
@@AndysTechTone I’m finding my AirPods Pro’s have better ANC and better clarity. Also AP’s are seamless with the Apple ecosystem.
My LP2’s actually sound better as well. Of course they don’t have ANC, but otherwise they just sound better to me. AND this new case! It’s nice and small, but so slippery. The LP2’s finish is much more user friendly.
@@ronwilliams4490 It's no secret I'm not the biggest fan of Airpods in general but as long as you like the Airpods better my opinion is irrelevant here 😊
You're right about the case, it's fancy and cool but not practical at all and I have my concerns regarding its durability too...
got the liberty 3 pro for 111 dollar, definitely made the choice much easier
Getting a pair in the mail tomorrow - just returned a pair of Bose QCII which were uncomfortable and Toooo BaSSy . Also just got a pair of B&O EX - which sound amazing but ANC is Crap, connectivity flimsy, and they slide out when working out - hoping these LP3’s will be a decent alternative
That’s quite a selection of buds there 😎 Hope you’ll enjoy the L3P! Let us know what you think after a bit of use 👍
How they working out?
@@deykno87 … the sound was pretty darn good. Doesn’t touch the Beo EX sound, but pretty darn good nonetheless. Better sound than AirPods. The L3P fit felt unsecure for me. Bose QCII much better fit. All in all L3P great value for the money. But better options if you wanna spend more money.
This or the bose quietcomfort? with heavy emphasis on comfort and ANC?
ANC is better on the Bose but I found the L3P more comfortable in my ears
@@AndysTechTone Thanks for the speedy reply 😊
Great review thanks! 👍 In the future , please compare with sennheiser.
I don't have the CX Plus yet unfortunately. As soon as I get a pair I'm going to compare the two
Better than Quiet comfort Bose?
L3P wins in terms of controls, functionality, app and comfort. Bose QC wins when it comes to ANC and sound quality
I'm finding lots of people returning these and seeing them for sale on Amazon as refurbished, are there big problems with these a few months in?
Can you share the custom eq you use with the l3p
What brand is that blue tracksuit top you are wearing at the beginning of this review.
It's Onfire. I actually had to look it up as I had not a clue what it was before you asked...😎
Hi sir comapred to jaybird vista2 which sound is more natural and better?
By default I'd say the Vista2 sounds more balanced and "natural" as you said but the L3P has definitely more bass and treble energy. And then of course there are all the EQ options in both apps...
The expensive Sony xm4 is crappier in phone call quality? You mean the other side of the call cannot hear clearly when there's noise from my surrounding?
Something like that
@@AndysTechTone how about Jabra elite 7 pro if compared with the Soundcore Liberty 3 pro, in terms of call quality?
@@tty2020 I haven’t tested the Elite 7 Pro so no idea. But based on how good the Elite 7 Active are in that regard I can only imagine the Pro to be even better
@@AndysTechTone ok. I asked this because the elite 7 pro is just slightly pricier than the Soundcore. Roughly USD20. So I am deciding between the two, and also the Sony XM4.
Sony wf-xm4 or liberty 3 pro? for sound quality.
Sony for me
Finally I have to buy this buds ;)
Aahhh... I think I will have them all in the end..
Hahaha.. edifier (1 have 2), soundcore, Sony.
Edifier just not long enough to my personal liking
You have the best explanation on all video you made..
Second to none ;)
Thanks Julis 👍 The more earbuds the better 😎
@@AndysTechTone haha.. now I got you ;)
Thanks my man!!
thx! looked forward to this review!
You're welcome Erez 👍
Same here;) nice to see here another Israeli:)🇮🇱
I’m wondering, how would u compare the sennheisers tw 2 to the Soundcore??
Any latency issue with this? Especially when gaming?
Compare to jabra elite 7 pro in the future please!
@@AndysTechTone thanks, so its worth the buck then...
