- Going to great lengths for quality and craftsmanship has always been a hallmark of our in-house label, Mr P. In this film, MR PORTER takes a pilgrimage - first to the wilds of the Scottish Highlands, and then on to Sicily’s cobbled streets - to meet the master makers behind our new collection and get to grips with the luxury materials and fabrics in the line.

This was so serene; so utterly beautiful, I almost wept.
That's a bit dramatic. But I get it
@@pythonjava6228 Not dramatic at all, if one considers the words and images.
@@AGTsakumis Are you alright?
@@Sandipan_Naskar Perfect thx.
Like the orgy scene at the end of perfume a murder story
This production quality is underrated!! OH MY!!
Beautiful work. MR PORTER always delivering top quality.
He is living his life and his editing skills are unbelievable and filming skills, relaxing!
Really great to watch. Such an informative video showing people with tradition, skill and passion for their work. Amazing stuff.
The music is so chill
luxury is an art. the art is the bridge from the brain, to the heart, to the hands. and at the end of this bridge you find something special.
And to your wallet ;)

Beautifully made video, love hearing more about the actual design and creation process of the garments!
My wife bought me a $50 pair of cashmere socks as a gift. We aren’t wealthy. Seems outrageous. I’ll never own anything else luxurious, this was my taste of it. Heartfelt.
this video is sooo well made and helpful for me !
I do adore this channel
Stunningly done and beautiful to watch - loved it please do more Mr P and thank you for the knowledge!
Absolute class
Damn this is a beautiful video! I wish I had a place to go to wear some well made and crafted clothes.
Just superb. You’ve done it again Mr Porter, truly wonderful work!
So underrated channel
VERY INTERESTING VIDEO AND USEFUL FOR ME . THANKS THANKS
With today's virus being still here. What about a "the way I dress" of a well dressed/fashioned Doctor?
Magnificent.
Lovely as always!
Great fabric
Nothing feels like cashmere and I’m only buying middle of the road stuff, imagine what these items feel like.
Reminds me of Wanted(film)
The wayans brother one?
This is a Johnston of Elgin scarf with a marked up price tag, you can get cashmere scarves straight from them for around £70-120 less
Hermoso video
Love this
💛
I would pay for a streaming service of men's style content
Can anybody help with the soundtrack used in the background?
Take my money !
anyone can recommend online shop with cashmere products?
Nais
Isn't that a CS:Source map? 0:38
Haha

Mr. P cashmeres👏👊👍🇧🇷🇺🇸🇬🇧
Mr P got cashmere and I've got mere cash!
No kidding. Won’t be wearing that $700 sweater.
MR PORTER cashmeres 👏👊👍🇧🇷🇺🇸🇬🇧
Here in India in our kashmir region cashmere pullover or best quality of scaff is available at 100 dollar. Better buy pure pashmina, that is actually costly.
Jalil Sarkis
Really? Is it cheaper in Kashmir?
Wonder if you can order from there online. Problem is, would anything ever be sent. Thanks for the tip.

Mr Porter is decent as a supplier. The designs from their own range are average and the price increases for the latest collections are astronomical. You’re not Tom Ford. The quality of clothing however is generally good
In my humble opinion, quality of clothing can only get (this) good. - There is a certain peak in quality when it comes to fabric and clothing. But I'm sure the markups in price, if we're talking about quality of fabric alone, is simply ridiculous. Comparatively speaking, the markup in prices of Mr P. and Tom Ford's garments are quite honestly justifiable by their branding and more importantly, the craftsmanship, and I think that's where people are really spending their bucks on.
I think that's why it's justifiable to buy the basic and classic designs from Mr. P, those articles are properly priced for the level of craftsmanship they are offering. Latest collection at the end of day is just fast fashion and are not timeless.
Where is your cashmere from?
Probably Australia lmao
Scotland
I understand your question. It’s the first sheering of a lamb becoming an adult sheep. It’s the softest wool that sheep will produce, like fine baby hair. It’s worldwide.
Mr P would have a much stronger youtube game if they changed the naming of their videos.
This just doesn't invite to click, I do it because I know the brand and already love it but this isn't a great way to attract new viewers
Yeah its a pretty generic title
👏👊👍🇧🇷🇺🇸🇬🇧
Lol, this being posted by Mr. Porter is such a circlejerk.

is luxury really of importance right now?
When the worlds going to pot, economies plummet and we are forced home?!?! Great point. If we can have luxury, it should be cashmere pajama pants!!
Cashmere is one of the best and the music is too loud in the video.
I will buy uniqlo
i watched a PETA video about how they harvest cashmere...its sad
Far too sentimental for my tastes, but appreciate the attention to detail.
Just do not return any items
Takes for ever to process and refund
Just an idea, I know it will sound crazy, but please hear me out. How about… you bring style and good taste… to everyone regardless of class? I know, right? Completely insane!
In all seriousness, have you looked how the average man dresses? It would be much more impactful to help elevate everyone, instead of appealing to a few who already buy luxury items and consume these kinds of products.
The whole working process needs to be paid. No chance man :)
They have got classic and timeless designs that are more properly priced. Luxury clothes on the other hand cab never be affordable for all intents and purposes
