So after flashing custom firmware how did you connect the receiver? Using ibus servo port going to flight controller uart? Single cable and still get rssi?
Yes if using i bus or sbus connect to the servo port and to flight controller using just 3 wires - power ground and signal to rx of flight controller. You even get LQ in osd. I've got a new video with fsia10b receiver on this topic 👍
so I see the custom firmware files... but where are the factory files? Why in the heck would they make it so you can't use this out of the box??? STUPID. Didn't know this before I purchased the device
Factory files are available on GitHub website if i am not wrong. You also have option to backup original firmware before flashing rssi firmware. Having rssi value on flysky receiver is very helpful to see rssi value in OSD.
@@RakishRc Yes in fact... I am a little scared to fly without it. I'm using a happy model 14 receiver which comes stock with RSSI output on another model. Where did you get the USB device to do the flashing?
@@RakishRc So did you make an account for this website in order to get the program from stm? Is there a way around that? Thank you for the info, can't wait to flash this receiver.
