      I think its more like they use it for the breading since the bread crumbs/panko doesn’t look dry but from having bread blended roughly in the food processor.

      As in the crust? They usually don't eat the crust. If you talking about the later one, they usually cut off the excess

      Кажется это обычные панко, просто более грубого помола (nama panko вроде называются).
