Hi great video! Ich habe auch ein iPad Pro (und auch das Logitech slim folio pro :D). Ich habe ca. 30.000 Bilder auf meinem Handy (welche sich auch auf mein IPad synchronisiert haben) und ich will sie endlich auf eine gute Festplatte packen und alle bilder auf meinem iPad löschen. Kannst du mir das LaCie dafür empfehlen? Und reichen 2 tB? Kann ich mir die bilder von der LaCie Festplatte dann nur auf meinem iPad angucken oder auch auf anderen laptops? Ich hab leider wenig Ahnung von Technik und hoffe du kannst mir helfen (grüße aus Darmstadt😀)

Hello, yes I did to "MAC OS JOURNALED" since I only use them on my Macs. if you want to use them between Mac and Windows make it to "EXFAT". No not at all. They are sometimes more than 15 hours on my Mac, without any problems. Daniel

Ich habe vor eine Bikepacking Tour im Hochsommer zu machen und frage mich gerade, ob ich anstelle einer LaCie Rugged auch einfach eine Micro SD mit z.B. 1 TB Speicher als Alternativlösung nehmen könnte? Oder was meinst du macht mehr Sinn? Ich denke eine Micro SD kann doch alles was die LaCie Rugged's auch können oder denke ich falsch? Beste Grüße und weiter so! :)

@@the_daniel_life Danke, aber ich kann deinen Gedankengang nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Auf einer Fahrradreise muss alles maximal leicht und kompakt sein, eine MicroSD Karte kriege ich immer irgendwo unter, zur Not im Geldbeutel. Aber eine LaCie nicht, das ist eher ein klotz. Ich bin mir halt nur nicht sicher, ob eine MicroSD widerstandsfähiger ist als eine LaCie. Denke aber schon, das einzige Risiko, dass man Sie verliert, weil Sie so klein ist, oder man drauf tritt und sie bricht. Aber überzeichnen nicht, ich würde sie farblich kennzeichnen und nur als Backup nutzen, was ich auf meine anderen MicroSD Karten aufgenommen habe. Verstehst du? Außerdem ist es billiger als z.B. eine LaCie Rugged SSD 1TB...
L'ho acquistato principalmente per scaricare i film ; ma non riesco a vedere i video nella TV, e nel decoder digitale. Volevo sapere se appunto esiste una soluzione grazie.

This might be a bit stupid question since i have only owned usb flashdrives, but does this product work in the same way (copy footage and store it) since i want to save the clips that i have captured on my ps4 troughout the years just in case my ps4 breaks some day. what is the difference between standart rugged version vs mini rugged version only cable? they are the same??
USB C cable from LaCie only works if you're a successful youtuber apparently. If you're nobody they send you a completely garbage cable that does not fit and of course no one talks about it. When you ask LaCie about it, they gaslight you even though you have photo evidence of it not working and not fitting. DO NOT BUY if you're a mac user. Stick to regular USB 3.0 connection and use a dongle if you must
