I'll never forget the day I was working at Petco in edison NJ like 20 years ago. There was a big snowstorm and not one customer was in the store. Were about to close and I see this white Lincoln pull up and out comes a dude in pink shorts and a hoodie. I was a big fan of etown so I knew it was Ant as soon as I saw him. We spoke for a bit, really humble guy. I saw him again at Slayer/hatebreed in asbury park. Cool to see he's still grinding and the same humble dude I met years ago.
Shoutout to Miss Owens! Without we may never had E Town! Rocking E Town till I die!

From my first ETown show in 96' at the busted ass Wallingford, CT Skatepark to this past Oct 22' at the Starland in NJ......I will always represent!

Etown is a special band for me and many others. Their songs really bring me back to how things were in the 90’s and the struggles we had.

Speaking with honesty openly intelligently leading by example letting actions speak loud as the whole band and your lyrics! Staying diligent and putting in the work. It shows that it’s not just the wasted time or foolish daydreaming that people try to insist it is! I’m about to launch my podcast about this! “#ARTWORKISREALWORK!” And I can say with certainty that your music has been an inspiration and helped many of us to find our own way and voice. That’s freakin powerful and absolutely amazing.
In my culture (Lakota) the way you show your wealth and success is in how many people you take care of and help live better! Not how much of a display you can put infront of and between you and others or how much material trappings you can gather. The honor of caring for your people is the reward. The never ending effort to refine our skills as a creative person is both the work and the reward and through the hard work of the creative process and the dedication and vulnerability of sharing that , giving away that which shapes you in a way that educates and inspires eventually becoming gratitude and love for all things, even yourself. The quiet and humble nature of the ones living this way are foundation and strength of the community (of humanity!)
So know and allow yourself embrace that within yourself and allow us to celebrate you for giving it your best and giving it to us as music. I’m a believer of this cycle and strength of it. The infinite circle is created here in an organic way that is eternal. It’s the opposite of the widely accepted theories of most modern religious practices selling us a straight line from creation to apocalypse. The reach of your influence and efforts supports the inner connectivity in the same way sacred geometry shows us we are all part of the energy that is the material , the universal and the divine spiritual Energy…. IT’s us!,it’s nature, it’s GOD and it shows ! Thanks for bringing your influence to so many things. For caring and putting that before the profit !

I wonder if stick man from fury V hears Antthony talk about being a millionare and regrets not going harder then he did...fury was actually more popluar at first but etown grinded their asses off and it paid off!
