    Ever since I started control lifting I have got much stronger way faster than lifting this way. We use to life like this in high school but I seen way better results with more control and muscles under stress

    Speed contraction of muscular cell are dependent by 4 factors :Degree of myosin atpase
    Degree of sarcoplasmic reticular development
    Degree of affinity trponin has for calcium
    Diameter size of the nerve innervating the fiber. All are genetic.
