Bodyweight exercises are good substitutes. You can get really strong with calisthenics

Brother if i use this for a upper power day and ur lower video for 6 to 8 weeks u reckon ill see results as i main focus in the gym is power and u combine weights with athletic movements so its 2 in 1 when u train
I dont get it, are these "blocks" supersets? so I do b1 (OHP) immediately followed by b2 (DB rows)?
