  • Hi, I’m Ami, and I have lost 60 pounds following the principles of the Starch Solution & Calorie Density! I wanted to document losing the final few pounds in the hopes that it is helpful to others on the same journey 😊
    I am uploaded these videos DAILY in the hopes that is helps inspire you and reassures you that you can eat this was no matter how busy or crazy your life is. I am a working mum of two so if i can do it, you can too ❤️

    What a breath of fresh air it is to find such an honest, as it is, raw and real channel that isn't all lights, camera, action, based rather than what we are all looking for - the truth of the matter from someone just like the typical person. THANK YOU!

      Ha! So funny I posted my comment before the end of your video regarding the simplicity of potatoes. I actually prefer simplicity and routine
      I can memorize and then recreate as second nature so helpful

    I came across your channel last week and enjoy your videos and seeing what you eat in a day. You're very creative and your food always looks so good! You're inspiring me to eat more veggies and I have been eating more sweet potatoes since discovering your channel :)

    Thank you, Ami! I'm still loving the potatoes. It's really true with the mental fatigue -- I just pick a potato, maybe a sauce, pick a non starch and viola...done! Sooooooo easy during this really busy time -- so many decisions around the holidays that this just takes care of meals for me. I so appreciate your videos -- have you shared your corn chowder? I'm trying to find a good one. OHHHHH and one more thing --- in my head I can actually hear myself saying "I think I fancy some mash tonight" --- hehe!!!

    Potatoes, yum! I’ve been stocking up too- they are so tasty this time of year.
    Organic white sweet potatoes are available from Ocado btw. A bit pricey, but worth it for a treat.

    The rice and chickpea balls also remind me of arancini, minus the cheese and deep frying - definetely going to try a version of theis. Thanks!

    The sushi balls look amazing.., for me it is not getting the veggies in, not so use to it..I prefer just going for the rice or potatoes, but having to eat the veggies first, I have to remind myself everyday until it becomes a habit. :)

    I can only workout 1st thing if I leave it for the end of the day it never got done now it's part of my morning routine and there's no excuse (and I had your same situation) I only strength train 4days a week thu-fri

    It’s so hard sometimes to fit in exercise at the end of the day. Our 8 year old still creeps in our bed lol 😂. Xxx

    I know every child is different and has the right to be exactly how they are.. but how are you never once going crazy over noisy Romi? I feel like I would be so fed up sooner or later 😅

    ,why are you doing all the childcare. Your married why isn't hubby sharing the load so you can have 30 minutes to work out.
