Ami, I've been following you for a year now, since I started my WFPB journey. You are such an inspiration! I love your passion and sincerity, and how you demonstrate that you don't need fancy recipes to be a healthy vegan. Thank you for everything you share with us! 💚🥦
Love your videos Your enthusiasm Your squeeky children and your love of food You are beautiful Your wardrobe is wonderful And you are a truly blessing and inspirational soul thank you for your videos!❤
I drink matcha tea each day with a little almond milk. That Teccino stuff is supposed to be a coffee alternative but I don’t think it tastes anything like coffee. I haven’t tried it in a while so can’t remember if I liked it or not. Also I just love your personality. I don’t know where your energy comes from! You are so entertaining! Sometimes I find myself laughing out loud. I think Romi is going to be a challenge when you leave her at nursery the first time. She is SOOOO attached to you, literally! I hope it goes well when you start. As always thank you for the daily sharing of all things Ami! 😁
Thanks Ami as always 😀 I love a cold Matcha cause it’s Summer here in Australia 😀 Enjoy all your sweet potatoes 🍠 Hope Romi feels better soon 💕 So hard when you can’t breathe 😢
I think a main reason why I love your videos is because since Covid, my husband and I haven’t seen many family and friends. We have some health issues that would make getting Covid very dangerous, so watching you and your wonderful kids every day feels like I’m part of a wonderful little family. And of course I love all the food, so thank you for including all of us in your life
What a great idea to bring food with you to the restaurant! I want to make your chocolate pudding recipe. I'm out of cocoa powder but plan to buy some very soon. The pudding looks delicious!
Your husband is truly the best, I love it so much that he supports you with whatever you fancy!! Also little tip for the leftovers, where I life there is a sanctuary nearby and they're always so happy if you bring them leftover or old rice, potatoes, bread.... The piggys absolutely love it! Also I would really appreciate a little festive appetizer recipe for Christmas!
I love matcha latte every morning! Part soymilk, part water, matcha, peppermint extract, stevia. I heat up the soy/water in micro then throw it in the vitamix with other ingredients to froth. I also press the matcha powder through a little fine mesh sieve which helps avoid the clumps you were saying you didn't like.
I recently bought a small chest freezer from Curry’s for £130. Would recommend. Made to go in an outbuilding if space is an issue. I got it to freeze my excess garden produce.
Teecino is pretty good, but a bit sweet for me sometimes. I love Dandy Blend with soymilk which is cheaper, less sweet, if you ever get a chance to try it. I have green tea in the am, but like Dandy Blend after dinner.
Poor Romi - hope she feels better soon! RSV is rampant here in the states so hoping it's not in your area as well. LOVE your sunglasses! And I think I need a potato drawer too! Funny thing I've noticed...I've been adding a bit less potato and a bit more rice dishes and I'm finding myself more hungry so I'm going back to more potato dishes. Funny how different foods speak to us!
How much water do you drink in a day? Just curious!! Love your inspiring videos. I didn’t know what to do with potato peels so I made your microwaveable chips with them and they came out such a great crunchy addition to my whole food plant based vegan (oil free/fat free) veggie potato casserole ❤❤❤
Isn’t it funny what you will eat as a mummy so it going to waste but no one else would eat it or you wouldn’t give it them!! Glad your buying Canadian maple syrup 😉 Kirkland is Costco if you have one near you. It’s would be cheaper from there a would the amount of veg you buy probably.

I did not know Sainsbury's had white flesh sweet potatoes. I learn so many good tips from your videos! Thank you 😊
Ami, thankful for these daily wonders. Beyond helpful: they are life-changing. And delicious. And cute with A & R. Thank you!! ♥️

Love the drawing in the kitchen!! Thank for your energy and positivity, love your instagram and youtube ❤️❤️❤️
Try roasting peas in oven with oil and seasoning and use for crunchy snack or topping
Can't wait to see the "lemony mousse" with the sweet potatoes!
I just made lemon sweet potato pudding and it is so good! I like it better than sweet potato pudding with spices. Definitely give it a try.

I finally found my WFPB soul sister! Thank you! You are amazing!❤
I have my matcha warm with almond milk. I sometimes put it in a smoothie. I haven’t tried it in porridge before. Xxx

Glad you got the Canadian maple syrup!!🎉 curious if the restaurant was funny about you not ordering food?
It sounds like Romi has learned to say 'I want that' when she pointed at the chickpeas! 🤩

Romi is so vocal 😂 I love her ❤
Where can we get the recipes please? I see a couple of meal plans for purchase but it does not give a list of recipes?
