I really appreciate your take on health i currently reduced my hours at work because my health is more important and i have less time stressing and more time being active and mindful. Have lost weight in a healthy way and feel better. Would not have been able to do that if i spent most of my time at work. I think this uk needs to really take a different bapproach to work and health because ive noticed the minute people go against traditional ways of doing things over here their health approves immensely.

You would love new spitalfields market so much fruits snd veg in bulk for good price i.e 10 pineapples for £10, same for black seeded watermelon. £18 for 10 yams. There also have soursap. My head was buzzing when i went there lol
