Really like Remix! My only complaint is 65+ and doing heriocs. Prior there was no issue at all. After, anything looks at you, you just die. Doing raids is far easier.
ALTS actually create them immediately and park in an inn! (Once your main has leveled, to XI have the alts unequip then reequip the cloak for the cloak to jump to max level 100% XP - that plus rested XP = faster)
It's also a good time to get heritage armor sets. get to max, free 30K.. easy mogs and mounts
I leveled one of the fox class and didn’t get the achievement.
Just an FYI. The instance count lockout is per server.
everybody wanting to progress their 70 should be sure to do the Bazaar dailies each day, as well as do a Random Dungeon, Scenario, Heroic Dungeon and Heroic Scenario, as they give one time per day bonus Bronze.
LFG raid leaders tend to be picky FYI.

I checked my bronze farm for just doing the content Blizzard intended. I did 2 dungeons (heroic and normal), 2 scenario (heroic and normal). This plus the daily bonus cache. I also ran normal Terrace, Mogushan Vault, SoO and all of the world boss. (I would've done Heart of Fear but I ran out of time. This netted me about 30k bronze. I wasn't counting on the cloak increase. Unless you're super hard up for bronze, just doing the normal activity will be better than trying to instance lock yourself out.
Good concept and it was fun leveling..... BUT they fucked up balancing in every content available beyond belief. Drops for threads and bronze way to low, fucked up with frogs ect. Just a absolute mess. Bought the mount i wanted and im soooo outta here. Beta testers told the dev team about all these issues and they clearly ignored the lot of them. I really hope next time we get a Northrend version of this remix AND they fucking release it balanced and playable. Very fun and cool idea .... but again the execusion was terrible and made the content unfun and unfair.
Not great advice imo. Heroic raids are way faster than normal raids now because there aren’t alts and undergeared people to carry. They also fill up relatively fast. If you can get accepted to a heroic raid, do heroic raids. Bosses die within seconds. The first three raids take 10 minutes each.
at the moment it still depends on the raid and group leaders are still picky so for anyone just getting started or only getting cosmetics, normal is more consistent
Why do you have to keep recommending hyperspawns for "normal" people, as you call them? Hyperspawns are not normal gameplay. This is why they keep nerfing the hyperspawns.
Exactly. Normal people don't go out of their way to exploit the game.

I said pretty clearly that I farmed Sra'vess normally and not as a hyperspawn. It's got plenty of space and you can just do laps along the road.

not trying to be rude for real but he literally said they were good mobs to farm outdoors and he didn't know if they could be hyperspawned. no where in this video did he recommend hyperspawns 🤯
I’d argue only normal people (aka casuals) are bothering with rehash. If it has no effect on my main toon power I’m not wasting my time.
Theres some cosmetic weapon drops of unused MoP models that from my experience just arent dropping in normal or lfr
oh. so i screwed up? first toon almost 70, only done three scenarios and jade temple. was focused on questing in each zone.
Just need 3 more heroic clears. or 2 heroic and 3 normal to bring my 9 year grind to an end. Then i can finally allow myself to enjoy playing remix and have fun.

Lol, what normal people is this video for? And what does any of this matter when the event is over? This event is just good for leveling characters before war within comes out. At the end of the event, you will get a full set of 425 gear. You won't keep your cloak or bronze . All your characters will revert to retail characters.
Ty! I have been checked out of retail WoW since BfA, but this pulled me back in and got me excited about it again. Think I'm going to try to power up 1 character to eventually do mythic Siege for the title. Spend all that characters bronze on gear upgrades, then level alts and use their bronze for the cosmetics.
Dragonflight is probably much better than you think.

Mail is entirely disabled in the remix.

Can mounts drop off the world bosses?
I'm working on my 4th alt. Got a plate, leather, and mail to 70 already. Going for cloth now, and I'm about half way there. I have all the event exclusive transmogs and mounts. Just farming for bronze for the mounts that are available in retail still, but hard to get.
Any "farms" take away from legit people just questing. I wish people would do some leveling guides that don't require farming or raids or dungeons. Just which quests are the fastest/ easiest for alts. You know, for the real casual player.
Do the campaign quests. Done.
@@keithb6344 then why aren't all these videos, "Run dungeons and raids. Done."? Because there are ways to do it that make it faster and easier. Some quests are long and take you out of the way. So it would be nice if someone did an actual guide for the casual players.

@bethanysolimine5428 the raids and dungeons are extremely casual friendly, unless you aren't putting on the upgraded Ilvl gear you receive from boxes as you level/dungeon/raid bosses you shouldn't have any problem with scaling until later levels when you need to unlock your trinkets and epic jewelry. You can ignore a majority of boss mechanics bc bosses die so fast
You might've missed the part where I said do the zone and patch achievements first if you're running your first character.
The raids are there more for the experience bonuses to make leveling faster between your runs since you're locked to running one a day. Really, just farm your favorite zone.
If I instruct exactly where to go with no flexibility, that's not something a "real casual player" would respond well to.
Trading gems is nice. I am done with my first character. They did all the quest/zones/achievements and used their bronze to Mounts/Transmogs. Now I'm on my first alt and leveling through raids and dungeons (279% xp boost). So I traded all my gems over. Helps when its the big 3 that take forever to get (Haste, Mastery, Crit. Also Vers) and trade them to the next toon. And once I hit 70, Ill do my 3rd toon the same way. Should have everything by the weekend. Even taking tomorrow off to do retail stuff. At least to get the bullion.
So i grind dailies for 3 months just to get transmogs....
to get all the transmog, i heard its like 1.6 million bronze
since your on alpha how do you feel about delves and what tier lvl did you play to give feedback on it.

please explain the ward raid runs 4 all the people who didnt understand them (inclouding me), thanks in advance :)
Everyone uses ward on 1 person. Then you spam heal them and all the overheating is converted to damage and chunks the boss
The raid picks 1 person (usually the tank), right at the boss pull you Hero/Bloodlust and pop WARD on the tank. Then you heal the living $hit out of that tank for 10 secs. The wards explode for ungodly dmg on the boss which then flops over. Rinse and repeat.
Ward of Salvation is a purple helm insert.
From what I heard ward got patched anyway, so..

Were you able to complete the Kum Lai summit cheev? The Shado-pan part doesn't seem to do-able.
I know the quest you mean. The turn-in right outside the monastery right? Go to the turn in location, log out and back in and it should work. It was bugged for me too. Found this solution on WoWhead.
I did all the quests, heard the RP, and got the rewards. But it didn't show as completed in my achievements tab and so Kun Lai didn't tick off. The next day, I did a daily quest and on turn in, they did the RP again and I got the Kun Lai achievement.
I must have been an exception but I had no problems completing it
@SoulSoBreezy Was in a group with my brother. He had no issue, but I did.
@@Vaelandria It's the one where you take the balloon ride to the 'front' (quests are where are my reinforcements and another one from Ban Bearheart at Winter's Blossom). Ban isn't showing the ! but mouseover shows those are quests he is supposed to give you.
How bout a remix rep guide
Was having a awesome time playing fire Paladin until I discovered that it’s not possible to get exalted with the pearlfin jinyu faction from the jade forest and my whole point in doing remix was to finally get exalted reps with all the factions and loremaster done since it’s a fun excuse to do it. I’ve reached seventy, I’ve gotten what I wanted with the bronze and now I feel like I should have just done it on my main I already have after all. It’s been a fun week playing remix though.
Are you sure about that? I’ve only played Horde side that far, so the equivalent would be Forest Hozen faction, but you get exalted with them at the latest on their final quest, the poop cannon village defense. With the increased rep gains during remix, you’ll get exalted even earlier.
@@KiropLokiIncarnate yah, I made a alt and went to do the storyline a second time and still stuck at the same amount of rep needed to be exalted 1,025 short even with boosted cloak so I'm sure.
Ive been trying to get some of those bones of manny but apparently the elite-ism of "You have to be 300% overgeared" has carried over to remix. They need to make the difficulty bone drops 1/3/5/10 or something.
The fact they throw up a progression road block at level 65 is completely idiotic. Blizzard just can't let people have fun, this is about leveling and transmog and toys, not end game or gear.
Just like Blunderstorm, they have nerfed the fun. Was kind of hoping this would become the new way to level, but without major rework it is just a fail.
Only need 4 more mounts and i am done 100% ✅

It's the last set of new affixes before they start to repeat
if i remember they sold access to the beta, so at least some of the beta access is determined that way
They only sold 3 day early access to the expansion, beta access is always free through an opt in sign up
@@BattlestarHavoc Beta access was also in the Epic edition of TWW, although it doesn't say you will get in earlier than the opters.
What's the point of playing remix if you played lots of Mop in the past and you already have all 70 alts in retail. I don't get this hype

There are tons of tmogs, mounts, and toys to buy (about 300). Some of which will only be available during Remix. Also some very hard to get mounts from Pandaria can be bought with Bronze.
Also the game play is quite different. It's quite fun. Give it a try.

In the first week of Remix I was able to get all the MoP world boss mounts I was missing from retail that I've been after for years.
Great vid. However, I heard they will be killing raid finder in the new xpac? Whyyyyyy?
Because raid finder is literally pointless
Don't know who told you that but they won't. They are however adding an additional story mode for only the last boss, to be able to do it as part of the campaign.
You probably saw that they may not be adding raid finder to Cata Classic. I'd be very surprised if it wasn't in The War Within.
