Brann is always getting in the way of objects I need to click on (including loot drops). I have to keep rotating my camera or running away and then back to loot to keep Brann from always being underfoot. Can't Blizz find a way to let Bran stay a slight distance away? It's really irritating.
olden seeker is my go to, you can some times get 2% primary stat or 2% leech from it as well and if you get multiple of the same buff it stacks, it comes from fish, ore, and herbs. my best run so far i got 6% crit, 4% verse, 4% leech, and 2% agility, you also get extra resources. when brann mines the nodes he will throw you a fish, a couple ores, some herbs, i dont even have herbalism and i have a bunch of free mushrooms for cooking. the only big pain is remembering to actually notice and pick up the artifact brann puts on the ground to get the buffs, i definitely missed some at some point because i was focused on the fight. my go to as brewmaster monk is porcelain arrows and olden seeker.
Not sure if he put this in the other delve videos, but Brann's potions are HOTS. So pick up one, wait a few seconds if you have the health, then repeat. Getting that 800k-1mm health tick for 8 seconds is really useful.
My favorite part of dealing with Brann is when he has 2 dinos up, I have my felguard and couple of imps...and I try to pick something up (like the experience item for Brann). It becomes a little dance around the item to finally get a space to pick it up. Also...someone made an addon that silences Brann.
the answer is simple, bountiful delves are capped daily so it caps your xp daily and keeps you from no-life grinding to cap. the longer you're on the treadmill, the better their playtime metrics.
@@paolo5297 Agreed, while the timegating playtime metric argument makes a certain sense and might actually be Blizzard's intent, alts negate it which makes the leveling restriction seem a bit pointless
I used Raged-Filled Idol on week 1 if I delving with healing alts. Figured that's what it was meant for. Brann will do so much DPS and I'll heal off the health cost. But after the hotfixes, I can't get Brann to hold aggro even with minimal heals. Idk, might need to test more. Relicblood of Zekvir feels like something for Tanks or highly-survivable specs that lack damage. I've tested it once on my Vengeance DH and it worked out okay.
brann is a menace to my BM hunter. he breaks every single one of my frost traps, it's like he has some kinda of compulsion. sees trap, must break. even if i pre-trap something and pull everything else to the other side of the room so it doesn't get broken accidentally, brann will turn around and attack the trapped one anyway lol xD
Did like 10 or more bountiful delves at lvl 10 (ist easy as disc priest) and havent got any curios upgrades at all. What am i missing? Have only to battle curios, no Iron will at all.
What is the combat text addon that reduces the numbers to, for example, 30k instead of 30,000? Would love to use that aswell as the big numbers are quite annoying to look at sometimes
Is my Brann broken? As a Mage he doesn't even trade aggro off of me. I'm just DPSing all the mobs as he runs around randomly like a cat on fire. I'd turn him completely off if I could
Running a destro lock 607gs with Brann lvl 45 porcelain arrow and relic of sentience, all curios epic. Enough health pots for the mobs, and a boost in crits.. Running most delves at lvl 8 just for the daily runs and for speed.. One thing not mentioned are the bonus chest maps. In lvl 7,8,9 I have gotten a random 610 GS hero loot 1 of 6.. Haven't gotten a bonus chest map for a lvl 10 or 11 delve but I hope that the loot increases another tier
so, finally completed a tier 8 delve and was extremely disappointed, with 45g and no progress to the delvers journey progress bar, in fact I have done over 20 delves ranging from t1 to t7 and my bar has not even reach the first tick in the bar. No where does it say you need to do zekvir's delve to start progress as well. I have heard some are almost done progressing and it leaves me wondering...does this journey work only for those that spend a lot money with blizz...well something is shady. And where is all this bad ass gear all the mythic/raid elites keep saying to nerf. I have yet to see that type of gear drop.
Please do something on Delver's Journey. I just about reached the first perk, and at 125 whatever per Tier 7 delve (150 for Tier 8) - this will take ages to even unlock the warband gear for alts, not even speaking about Koffer keys purchase. Ok, so my Brann is only lv 23, I see yours is 45 - but OMG..how many Delves are you running?
Once your GS is high enough run through a full delve clear in 20min or less, honestly never timed it. Once you reach GS of 590 it seems to scale with Brann better. I can't speak for others but I only run Brann on my main.
Not gonna lie I hate Brann he got my yelling at the computer screen telling him to shut the f*** up cause he always opening his mouth at the worst time and he always be throwing his potions in the middle of the aoe’s or popping them off way behind the area where I’m actually fighting making me have to back up to grab them. As a tank brann is more a nuisance then anything useful for me although I do appreciate the health potions when I do get to grab them up.
My Braan is 52 now, seems like he gets capped each week. He doesnt get anymore exp this week for me. Even in a bountiful 8 or 11 even. I can only assume he can only get so much xp wach week even with alts but im not sure. I have 7 characters now that can do bountiful 8s.
Once you kill the boss of your 28th bountiful delve across your entire warband during a single weekly reset, he will stop getting exp. Doesn't matter if you do all 28 on one toon or split them across all 7.

Just hit the interact key - default is f.
If you stand still for like 1 second, Brann will run over to wall and just lean there until you move on.
Sounds like you've never played hunter or lock before, cos that is standard WOW pet AI.
@jonathanjones270 never a problem on my warlock. Always a problem on my hunter. Not sure how thats possible lol.
I find zooming in a little can help with interacting with those objects when brann is nearby

I spent a couple of hours trying to level Brann after lvl 15, not realizing he will only level on bountiful delves. 😥 lesson learned.

Why it stops at 15 in normal delves ill never understand. just give half exp or something but nothing?
the answer is simple, bountiful delves are capped daily so it caps your xp daily and keeps you from no-life grinding to cap.
the longer you're on the treadmill, the better their playtime metrics.
The more 80 you play, the faster you level your Brann basically circumventing the 4 per day cap

The rage-filled idol is my go to as a monk. When I’m WW I just toss a heal on brann every once in a while. When I’m MW his self damage doesn’t matter.

They nerfed his aggro because he wasn't meant to be a tank.

Rewards cap at 8, which applies to bountiful chests, delver's bounty and max xp gain
My brann just hit 40, got all the purple curios, etc. Setting him as a healer makes it so I can solo t8 bountiful, he's annoying, but he does help.

I dunno how we're supposed to get companions to level 60 each season... it takes 6 delves to level from 46 to 47, jeez

He is very helpful for me, but he also nags the shit out of me. When I run delves with my friends it is a running joke about standing in the webs.

And lays them down if you use the torch, etc. Wasting a cooldown
