I got a horrendous rash with insane itching after four days of taking the drug. Had to be taken off. Rash is spreading from head to foot. I haven’t slept in two days and had to cancel my vacation. I’m not a candidate for an antihistamine so. Suffering as I’m writing this.
I take these atm for 5 days cuz of pneumonia. Only side effect that I get is discomfort in the stomach, 1 hour after taking it. it Usually lasts for max. 1 hour and then its gone. Just a strange feeling in the stomach, nothing else.
Jesus people PLEASE read this DO NOT TAKE THE AMOXICILLIN IN ANY OTHER MANNER THAN AS PRESCRIBED currently I have a tooth abscess and am permitted to take one every 12 hours, you know what it can do to some patients is not only cause stomach pain but if you were to swallow 2-4 amoxicillin willy nilly it can quite literally cause your stomach to bleed internally, this pain will be worse than whatever your taking antibiotics for ✌️
You should have changed your doctor instantly. Because taking this much antibiotics in not good for you considering future sickness. Whenever you feel you're not getting better after completing your prescription as prescribed by your doctor then it's time to change your doctor. Because it can be another infection or disease which could be growing in any other part of body off which you're seeing symptoms in your throat. So it can be anything. If your doctor is not advising you any lab tests for the same after completing full courses then it's a red signal. It could be a case of commission, fees which is he or she is getting from your purchase of medicines. So whenever you find yourself in a situation like this, just change your doctor. If you're having difficulty finding a better doctor then ask to your friends and relatives and a Google search may help also. I wish you a healthy and prosperous life. 🙏

Lotta people been using turmeric and black pepper gargle as well and there’s also other countries that have no medication that they can’t get to and so for years centuries, I don’t know they been using like papaya with vinegar and, other remedies like oregano essential oil.

I correctly predicted exactly what treatment I would receive and which medication I would be prescribed. I was asked if I preferred Flucloxacillin or Co-Amoxiclav after I suggested Co-Amoxiclav, which may sound strange, but the doctor realized that I had some degree of pharmacological knowledge, I guess. It's just a subject I find extremely fascinating and have educated myself for 25 plus years. I am no expert by a long shot but it's useful learning about the mechanisms of action of drugs.

That is odd. I have never known it to cause palps. Some of the macrolide antibiotics may do that but amox is generally well tolerated. I have used it for years off and on and it has never done so to me.
i agree its a totally dangerous drug..it gave me really bad heart palpations. right after i stopped taking the drug i felt better 3 days later they finally went away.. i will never take this drug again if any drugs ever again after what happened.@@wjrmyop

I'm taking it for the same reason, bacterial pneumonia. Took my first pill 3 hours ago, it's a very strong drug
I got recommended these because i got a mouth infection so far they been working need to take 3 a day for 7 days

I'm just on it. doctor said had touch of Pleurisy. pain in both ribs at back especially when coughing etc I'm in my 60s . have A.S. and C.H.D.
