    Good to know, thank you.
It seems it would be rather easy to get around the forwarding and printing locks, just use screen capture or take a photo of the screen.

Thank you for the video. Just a question how would you send an encrypted email from Gmail to an Office 365 user?

It’s been a while since I looked at the Gmail encryption capabilities though I think it’s limited compared to Microsoft. Gmail will automatically try and use TLS though - there are third party tools such as FlowCrypt that can enhance the standard Gmail encryption functionality.

Our GM wants the ability to Encrypt a message so the content isn't visible for the recipient unless they sign in with 0365 such as with the gmail example you showed. Both sender and recipent using O365. Is that possible?

I have O365 with AIP license and when I send to gmail I receive the attachment .rpmsg but no option to read the message.

Hey Gobo. Which 365 subscription are you on?

@@flowstateai Real late here but having the same problem. On Microsoft 365 Premium. Do you know what license is required / what the product itself is called that allows you to do it with a link rather than an attachment?
