    There is no good health without a healthy GUT. The good new is that there are many ways that we can support it and everyone can find something that suits their taste and lifestyle. I believe, that introducing a wild spectrum of fermented and cultured foods is the most beneficial for our health and today I am introducing to you another probiotic rich product that you can easily make at home and enjoy everyday - water kefir.
    Here are some of my favorite flavor ideas:
