Make sure to open all blast doors between the enemy and the ship. When the enemy boards, whatever you do, do not search for the enemy. How? This isn't even leaving your king open, it's trying to checkmate your opponent with your own king.

She was flat out NOT Force sensitive, which means that no matter how much she tried, no matter how much she trained, she simply should not ever have been able to use the Force, period. In one fell swoop, Sabine basically invalidated the Jedi, the Sith, and all other Force traditions within the entire canon, who for thousands upon thousands of years specifically sought out Force Sensitive individuals precisely because they could use the Force where nobody else could. Palpatine actively sought out Force Sensitive younglings precisely because of their Force sensitivity. The Jedi sought them out for that reason. But now with Sabine, she outright introduced the Oprah meme "You get to be a Jedi! You get to be a Jedi!! Everybody gets to be a Jedi!!!" Being a Force user is now no longer special. It's no longer unique. It no longer requires someone to be born with the affinity, setting them apart from the vast majority. And why? Because people like Filoni are terrified of facing the reality that, in real life, people aren't equal. We're not all the same, we're not all equal. Some people... are just simply better than others. This is the reality. Some people are naturally talented, for whatever reason, and others are not. It may make people uncomfortable, but it is the true nature of the world. By making being Force Sensitive something literally anybody can do... the Force is now officially dead as a concept. It's no longer special, it's no longer interesting or unique. It's just a thing that literally anybody can do with just a bare minimum of training, making the majority of the Galaxy stupid for not being able to figure out that "Straining your face like you're taking a sh*t is the secret to telekinesis". Ahsoka is officially the last nail in the Star Wars coffin. Sabine as a character has completely invalidated one of the fundamental aspects of the setting, the Magic System, and rendered it utterly meaningless. I agree man, i didnt even watch rebels but when i saw sabine was somehow force sensitive i knew that was wrong. Also what bothered me the most was how the ending played out, why the hell are sabine and ahsoka so contempt after everything? Why are they smiling? That hurts more when you hated Rebels at the beginning for animation style, but it grew for you with story writing, that now got totally retconned.

I watched a Star Wars fan-made short film last year titled '' Misano '' or kind of Japanese name, it shows a female Jedi knight who was in hiding, sitting on the floor of a forest assembling her lightsaber and also having a flashback to when she was padawan in training. she was recklessly and over stylizing brandishing her lightsaber and her master rebuked her, sternly advising her that it is a dangerous, sacred/powerful weapon and extension of the Force that needs serious discipline, care and will to handled, unfortunately, she didn't listen. she sneaks out later in the night when her master was asleep to a mountain cave to test her skills against some animals there, only for her to accidentally burnt her eyes/ blinded herself when defending against some batlike creatures, her scream and cries woke up her master who rushed to her aid. back to the present, she was completely blind but now well skilled and powerful in the Force, taking on some Sith inquisitors hunting her. what we have right now in Disney, is people treating the Force/lightsaber as toys and casual stuff to be thrown around. that fan made film had a better understanding of the concept than Disney.
I literally think Filoni "writes" by playing with little action figures like Lord Helmet in Spaceballs, saying lines in their voices, making sound effect noises, etc. The way Balen and Shin just disappeared in the last episode is like he put those 2 dolls in the corner cuz he wasn't playing with them at the moment, but then realized he needed to show something about them at the end. It feels like if he isn't currently playing with some person place or thing, it is just in a suspended animation doing nothing until the next time he decides to play with it.

Apparently turbo lasers from a capital ship pack as much punch as a handheld blaster now. While I haven't watched the show; only clips from reviews, it seems a lot of the nonsense could've been reduced if Sabine's Force sensitivity plot was removed entirely... and the characters acted more like their animated versions. There's less stakes and suspense than there was in Rebels, and with worse acting!
The worst part about having the Dathomir witches in this show is that its a wet dream for Dave Filoni. Unlike the force, which has a well built system around it (although that doesn't always stop Disney from doing whatever they want sometimes,) Dathomir magic is still a very underused and underdeveloped system, which means Filoni can just do whatever the fuck he wants with it and when people ask questions, he can just go "It'S WiTcH MaGiC"

Force Ghosts can apparently travel across to other galaxies now. With how often they pop up to just stare and smile at people and never seem to fade away with time after their passing, ghosts like Anakin should be providing recon and updates to Leia and Luke on the regular.
Episode 8 was a let down. Ezra and Sabine's reunion felt off not genuine. Sabine being able to use the force to put ezra in the star destroyer moments after unlocking the force made no sense

Sabine doesn't just unlock the Force without any training. She was flat out NOT Force sensitive, which means that no matter how much she tried, no matter how much she trained, she simply should not ever have been able to use the Force, period.
Sabine suddenly being able to use the Force simply 'because' breaks so much of the established lore and underlying rules of the entire setting that it makes my brain hurt. In one fell swoop, Sabine basically invalidated the Jedi, the Sith, and all other Force traditions within the entire canon, who for thousands upon thousands of years specifically sought out Force Sensitive individuals precisely because they could use the Force where nobody else could. Palpatine actively sought out Force Sensitive younglings precisely because of their Force sensitivity. The Jedi sought them out for that reason.
But now with Sabine, she outright introduced the Oprah meme "You get to be a Jedi! You get to be a Jedi!! Everybody gets to be a Jedi!!!"
Being a Force user is now no longer special. It's no longer unique. It no longer requires someone to be born with the affinity, setting them apart from the vast majority. And why? Because people like Filoni are terrified of facing the reality that, in real life, people aren't equal. We're not all the same, we're not all equal. Some people... are just simply better than others. This is the reality. Some people are naturally talented, for whatever reason, and others are not. It may make people uncomfortable, but it is the true nature of the world.
By making being Force Sensitive something literally anybody can do... the Force is now officially dead as a concept. It's no longer special, it's no longer interesting or unique. It's just a thing that literally anybody can do with just a bare minimum of training, making the majority of the Galaxy stupid for not being able to figure out that "Straining your face like you're taking a sh*t is the secret to telekinesis".
Ahsoka is officially the last nail in the Star Wars coffin. Sabine as a character has completely invalidated one of the fundamental aspects of the setting, the Magic System, and rendered it utterly meaningless. Sabine, garbage character from day one, is now the Death Knell for the whole setting, and she should go down in Star Wars history as the character who destroyed the brand in it's entirety.
I mean Rey already broke the part where you don't need training to be a master in the force lol , but yes Sabine found out how to become force sensitive as a non force sensitive person , Gideon had hundreds of scientist and doctors, force sensitive samples, likely some kind of dark sorcery going on for years to have force sensitive clones but Sabine , Sabine says 'I am all the Jedi' and she is force sensitive from that point , Rey as the chosen one obviously have the power to give the force to anybody even if they are not force sensitive, honestly amazing writing there

I agree man, i didnt even watch rebels but when i saw sabine was somehow force sensitive i knew that was wrong. Also what bothered me the most was how the ending played out, why the hell are sabine and ahsoka so contempt after everything? Why are they smiling? They did exactly everything possible wrong by not destroying the map and letting thrawn return it actually boggles my mind. The only thing “positive” i see out of this is that sabine and DISNEY ahsoka are stranded out in another universe so we dont have to see them again lol.

The other thing is, Asoka refused to train Grogu because of his age, but trains Sabine? This is all completely senseless and destroys Sabines story arc from rebels.
By the way, her giving Baylan the map is character assassination. She once made a deal with Empire, designed a weapon for them, which they used on her people and her family rejected her. She would never make the same mistake again, especially if there's no guarantee Ezra is alive.

That hurts more when you hated Rebels at the beginning for animation style, but it grew for you with story writing, that now got totally retconned.
I remember when lightsabers were more like ritual weapons which jedis only used against each other as a gentleman's rule, and deflecting a few laser blasts from a distance made them even more cool.
Now lightsabers are like a frontline assault weapons rendering its user fully immune to projectiles as If they've unlocked a certain perk. It's video game logic

I watched a Star Wars fan-made short film last year titled '' Misano '' or kind of Japanese name, it shows a female Jedi knight who was in hiding, sitting on the floor of a forest assembling her lightsaber and also having a flashback to when she was padawan in training. she was recklessly and over stylizing brandishing her lightsaber and her master rebuked her, sternly advising her that it is a dangerous, sacred/powerful weapon and extension of the Force that needs serious discipline, care and will to handled, unfortunately, she didn't listen. she sneaks out later in the night when her master was asleep to a mountain cave to test her skills against some animals there, only for her to accidentally burnt her eyes/ blinded herself when defending against some batlike creatures, her scream and cries woke up her master who rushed to her aid. back to the present, she was completely blind but now well skilled and powerful in the Force, taking on some Sith inquisitors hunting her.
what we have right now in Disney, is people treating the Force/lightsaber as toys and casual stuff to be thrown around. that fan made film had a better understanding of the concept than Disney.
I literally think Filoni "writes" by playing with little action figures like Lord Helmet in Spaceballs, saying lines in their voices, making sound effect noises, etc. The way Balen and Shin just disappeared in the last episode is like he put those 2 dolls in the corner cuz he wasn't playing with them at the moment, but then realized he needed to show something about them at the end. It feels like if he isn't currently playing with some person place or thing, it is just in a suspended animation doing nothing until the next time he decides to play with it.

Apparently turbo lasers from a capital ship pack as much punch as a handheld blaster now. While I haven't watched the show; only clips from reviews, it seems a lot of the nonsense could've been reduced if Sabine's Force sensitivity plot was removed entirely... and the characters acted more like their animated versions. There's less stakes and suspense than there was in Rebels, and with worse acting!

The worst part about having the Dathomir witches in this show is that its a wet dream for Dave Filoni. Unlike the force, which has a well built system around it (although that doesn't always stop Disney from doing whatever they want sometimes,) Dathomir magic is still a very underused and underdeveloped system, which means Filoni can just do whatever the fuck he wants with it and when people ask questions, he can just go "It'S WiTcH MaGiC"
The ending would be somewhat satisfying if Ahsoka and Sabine are permanently stuck in the other galaxy and we never see them again.

The Ahsoka show has made me realize that Ahsoka as a character breaks the Prequels, OT and even the Sequels, because why does Anakin have an apprentice when he's not even a Jedi Master, and where the *_fuck_* has she been for the last 30 years?
Doesn't she force talk to Ray Ray Palpatine in the last movie, implying she's dead? Or was that a different character.
Because Ashoka was supposed to die during Order 66, or even earlier, to further spyral Anakin's downfall into the Dark Side of the Force. According to Lucas who co-created her, at least. But Filoni would rather die that allow anything to happen with his waifu. Heck, Ahsoka already had a perfect send-off to her character in Season 2 of "Rebels", with her dying in duel with Vader. But no, Filoni literaly went full Barry Allen on Star Wars space and time just to save her, and now we have a character that serves no purpose, wasn't participating in the fall of the Empire, and is breaking the entire OT narrative since Yoda said to Luke "Once I'm gone, you'll be the last jedi".

I haven't seen Rebels but I know Thrawn is a general that is the smartest war leader in the galaxy basically. In Ahsoka they use his reputation from Rebels to make him look outsmarted and dumb only to make Ahsoka, Sabine and every other female character involved look great and smart without doing anything of importance themselves.
And that is the modern feminist recipe for getting ahead in life to bring others or men down to look good without doing anything of importance or really achieve anything.
