    Practically smartphone brands should provide atleast 5.8 to 6.2 inches screen which is enough. I hope many brands follow that compact screen culture in future.

      Exactly I don't know why every brand is selling 6.5+ it's difficult to get a mid range phone it smaller screen, I do not have any heavy use of phone, only calling, whatsapp and some office apps but I have to spend 70k as I don't like bigger screens.

    Are Samsung Phones (S series) good for long term? Earlier Samsung phones were too bad for long term. They used to hang quite a bit, maybe due to exynos chipsets which Samsung used to opt for. What's the situation now? I'm looking for a phone that can last smooth and fast for next 4-5 years. I've been using iPhone XR for 4 years now, and the phone has held up really well till now. So, should a opt for another iPhone, or go for Samsung?

    Bought the 256Gb variant in April '23 at 56k after exchanging my old phone. The phone has been brilliant so far. Seriously, no complaints. It may be slightly inferior to the P8 in photos but this is the most well-rounded compact flagship. Beats the P8 at literally everything else (and portrait mode too😅).Definitely recommended.

    Thanks Ranjit sir for re-assurance that this is a great phone.
    I got this in 59k by exchanging OnePlus 7t + Summer Sale. This was the best decision as I have never purchased a flagship before.
    I agree with you that camera overall is very good, esp. photos at night are unbelievably good.
    Personally, SOT for me on weekdays is always around 5hrs. Probably due to bit heavy usage i.e 1 hour of small games like Clash Royale and 70-80% I am on 5G.
    But like you mentioned, stand-by time on Wifi is so good that I only have to charge next day before I leave for office.
    Weekends: I have to charge twice because of heavy gaming + lot of camera usage. I have only spent 2 weekends with this, so views are based on that.
    Rest everything is perfect as expected from Samsung Flagship.

    I was looking at the s23 online. I was just curious why Samsung has a low exchange value for my older phone compared to, say vivo and Xiaomi flagships. Would you say the additional year of OS update would justify paying a bit higher for the s23? And also heard the 128 gigs is slower with regards to transfers than the 256 gigs

    • @go64bit
      @go64bit Год назад +1

      128GB Galaxy S23 uses UFS 3.1 storage, while 256GB version uses UFS 4.0. So yeah 128 GB will be slightly slower if you transfer photos, videos etc.

    Request you to have a dedicated video on camera performance. I've been using the phone from past 2 months and I'm highly unsatisfied. The images are blurry, there's massive shutter lag, the edges are blurred out like a vga camera. There are several other issues like excessive heating, poor battery backup. The camera was my priority and I feel cheated with several articles floating across the internet pointing out faulty 50mp sensor. Please make a detailed video regarding the issues mentioned above. Thanks in advance!

      I bought the S23 during the sale at 47k for the 128gb variant and believe me its such a joy using this phone... The battery life is great and would easily last the whole day. I put it on charge when the battery came to about 45% and before putting it on charge I checked the SOT which was 4hr 13 min. So looking at that It should give a SOT of more than 7hr. Talking about my usage pattern my phone was mostly on Wifi and I don't game. RUclips was the most used app, followed by Insta and calls.

    If I had this phone, I would easily make it last beyond 2 days by putting almost every app in the deep sleep state within the one UI settings. I currently have a samsung F62. It has a flipping 7000mah battery. Just as a fun lil gag, I put almoat every single app on deep sleep state plus completely stopped some of the useless stuff like AI emoji bs and everything and I am beyond amazed on how long this thing can last. Even after 3 yrs of continous heavy use this thing still lasts 3 days straight on a full charge. With the protect battery feature that limits the charge to 85%, its still a whopping 2D and 22hrs of battery backup. Its absolutely crazy.
