      @UncleJND as the name suggests the iPhone 13 Mini is a mini. We count S23, S22, Zenfone 9, Zenfone 10 as compact. The 12 mini and 13 mini are literally good for young people under 15 years old. Or people under 1 and half metres or even less.

    • @StarDust_1988
      @StarDust_1988 Год назад +1

      @@fspeshalxo69yes we used to call them phablets because the overall size of the phone was big too, don't forget how slim the bezels got!
      For example the Huawei Mate 9 had 5.9 inches display but the phone was barley fitting into a pocket, now the S23 has 6.1 inches display and the phone is smaller than a average size hand and you literally can't feel it when it's in your pocket! S23 is shorter, lighter, slimmer but only very slightly wider than the Zenfone 10 which has a 5.8 inches display.

    This kind of review which is really personal and centered around your subjective opinions is a lot more relatable and interesting to me rather than a technical overview. I like the comments you had to say and you brought up interesting points I didn't know about like the vapor cooling chamber rather than jus thermal paste!
    And yes, a Pixel 7 vs S23 comparison please!! I was actually deciding between these two but I have no regrets choosing the S23. Although I would like to know a "what if I picked the Pixel 7" like what would the experience be like? Personally S23 has been my first flagship ever and I'm not used to having such a luxury lol, so hearing your perspective as someone who's had experience with Apple, Google and Samsung phones is really interesting. Great video, looking forward to watching more!

    I don't understand how people have had trouble with battery life with the S22/S22+. My S22+ is off the charger at 7am and I end work at 4:30pm, and still have 60% - 70% of battery life. That's while using Spotify for 80% of my shift, texting, using social media and watching videos during my breaks. All that, while having Always on Display on.

    I only wish Samsung can catch up on charging department. 25W is no longer fast. My Oppo has 80W, it's crazy convenient full charge for less than 30min, plug my phone in, go shower, boom full day battery life

    What's good about having a uniform processor across all regions means that updates will come faster on the devices since Samsung does not need to adjust most of the codes per region. My S23 Ultra battery life has been amazing. Users of the S23 should enable the Light performance profile as it will give you a better battery life. You will just sacrifice 10% of performance for a 40-50% better efficiency and the processor will just perform the same as a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. I get about 9-11 hours of screen on time on Light performance mode. People don't realize how much the battery life has improved in the S23 series. For me, this was the very reason I traded my S22 Ultra for an S23 Ultra. The phone stays cool unlike the S22 Ultra which heats up easily even when you are just scrolling on twitter or watching videos in youtube.

    I feel that S22 could've been almost as good as the S23 if it was using this chip instead. I was tired of trying to fix my battery woes by reading the plethora of excuses online about "optimising your settings" or "learning your usage".
    I ultimately decided to leave it on my table to collect dust after roughly 6 whole months of frustration. I switched back to my 2 year old Android phone which could actually last for a day with normal usage.
    Therefore, I wouldn't blame you for having initial doubts about the S23, given the unfortunate issues on the S22!

    Been using the phone for the last two weeks. Trust me, battery life is pretty bad. Similarly bad is the idle drain. But, everything else is just too good.

    I have a vivo x90 pro+ and I am considering chaging it for a samsung s23, mainly because of the size. Am I stupid to leave the awesome camera of the x90 pro+ for the samsung s23 ? What's your opinion as a tech guy ???

    No lie, I'm fine with slow charging as long as that battery lasts a whole day.

    So as the video starts by thrashing the s23 as it literally has 0 hardware changes apart from New processor and a small bump
    So doesn't that mean all iPhones are trash according to his logic ?
