I have made this, just with American spices instead of curry, and it is really good. Does it look like fried chicken tenders? You bet. Is it crispy and delicious? Absolutely. Does it taste like chicken? No, not really, but that’s actually a selling point with me! I’m a vegetarian and don’t like chicken. I’d much rather enjoy a king oyster mushroom than a piece of chicken any time.
