I really like potato chips, so I made this.
It has several layers, so it is very light and delicious to chew.
The ingredients are so simple and the recipe is so easy.
You can have a very hearty potato chip with one potato.
*** Measurements are on a scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp) (not a measuring spoon)
✤ Ingredients
- 1 Potato
- Corn Starch (Potato Starch Available)
- Wooden skewers
✤ Toppings
- Salt
- Parsley
✤ TIP
- Put a small amount of potatoes in a pot and fry them to make them more crispy.
- Put potatoes and starch in a plastic bag at once and shake to apply faster.

So… Ive been making these for the last hour and it took me a hot minute or so to get ‘em right. The recipe doesnt give oil temp or cook time so I had to burn a few (a lot), under cook a few (a lot), and eat a few(a LOT)🤣🤣 But it was worth it! Once I got them right theyre addicting! I buy Vinegar powder on Amazon to make salt & vinegar popcorn and I used some vinegar powder on them. I won’t be buying regular American chips for awhile! So if you have a mandolin to slice the potatoes, I highly recommend trying these! Its a fun new way to make home made crisps
PS For some reason its *very* hard to get the toothpick out of mine.
