I'm actually not the biggest fan of mushrooms and avoid them whenever I can, but the way you made them here make them look really delicious! I'm always impressed by the new ways you can cook the food as it's really creative, and the way that you make it look really good even though I'm not a fan of such food :) When I try this, I think I'll only make one and have it with rice because I'm not sure that even you can make me like mushrooms a lot... oyster mushrooms are without competition the best things on this earth. they don't really look like how they look in the video (at least in my country) but they are singlehandedly most delicious thing ever. seriously, try it.
I love using these both in my soups and sautéed with some soy sauce and sesame oil, but I never considered deep frying them. I am definitely going to try this (along with spanking them to smack in that extra flavor!). Thanks!

새송이는 진짜 고기 구워 먹을때나 볶아서 먹기만 했었는데
이렇게 튀겨 놓으니 정말 더 고소하게 아이들도 잘먹을거 같아요~
