A photograph of Mark testifying against Tim for the murder of 20 kids, superimposed with a cheap UFO prop while that alien music plays over and over and Tim begs for it to be turned off. On Cinema is art.
People like to attack Tim for the rare occasions of having a “bad temper” but they’ll never show you clips like this that prove he has restraint and patience 99.99% of the time when he has to work with unprofessional employees. We got your back, Tim.
I remember watching this live. Tears were streaming down my face. Especially given the context of what had just happened earlier in the special. I genuinely couldn’t breathe I was laughing so hard.
Nobody really cares about the shark in Jaws, they watch it for the star power. Personally I’m here for the unforgettable acting and impressions of Mark Prosk
It was around this moment of this special that I realized the On Cinema Oscar Specials are the media equivalent of having a stroke. There's something so weirdly disorienting in some of the scenes that I wonder if they can cause literal brain damage.
"Hello?...Listen...uhhh...hello? Hello? Hello? Listen. Thank you. Turn that off. Here's the real deal...Turn that OFF. TURN IT AWF. TURN IT AWF. Turn the music off. I wanna thank everybody...can we turn the music off? This has been an incredible night..." - _ -
They definitely got Tim with the shark. When you see a hint of the shark just before the completely put it up he's about to bust. Then they just say fuck it and completely put the shark up
I had to show my girlfriend this part when I saw it because I was laughing so hard. My favorite part is Gregg holding back laughter and just looking at Tim
Hello receiving message. Pardon the delay in response. Keep broadcasting this music in Tim's bedroom at exactly midnight every night for the next few million years.
Proclaiming something as your favorite On Cinema moment is a risky move as it makes or breaks others perception of your understanding of what makes this show so funny. I'd say it paid off in this case.

19 kids!
dont forget the 3D shark!
And jaw'z
Gregg starting to clap is what does it for me
Allegedly, this comment is a total hit piece.
I love when the music starts to fade, it comes back even louder than before.
Gregg just randomly stopping to applaud nothing in particular
With the smuggest of looks
I like to believe it's to try to tell the crew to shut it down. they just keep going
The scene broke Tim so far out of character, Gregg had to applaud them
He's applauding Oscar
@@runedudez Gregg lives his entire life in an applause of oscar
Tim begging people to turn music off is a recurring motif in his comedy
Rare moment where both Tim and Greg are about to crack.

so unprofessional
Thank you for saying this
they did eventually get it turned off THANK YOU PRODUCTION CREW!!
Tim is unstable and needs natural medicine
Timheads unite 🙌
I remember watching this live. Tears were streaming down my face. Especially given the context of what had just happened earlier in the special. I genuinely couldn’t breathe I was laughing so hard.
I really like how Tim can see what we see and when the shark shows up, he cracks.
The shark killed me
@@relliklaires9368 me too!
At the end i feel like Tim is genuinely asking to turn it off so he doesn't break anymore and they still think he's in character
I think it’s Vic trying to get him to break
@@jacksonwilliams8971 When the shark shows up you know they're trying to break him...😄
@@jacksonwilliams8971 Vic n Doug are shitting themselves laughing off screen
I agree with the others, they *definitely* deliberately try to break him.
Them turning down the music only to turn it all the way up right when he starts talking is the best
This is true to Spielberg's vision for Jaws 2, but they ended up naming it Close Encounters of the Third Kind and got rid of most of the shark stuff.
Nobody really cares about the shark in Jaws, they watch it for the star power. Personally I’m here for the unforgettable acting and impressions of Mark Prosk
They were going to make a Jaws 3 where it came back to life. They couldn’t get the shark to work so they just recast it and called it”Always”.
Remember in the Twilight Zone movie when all those old sharks became young sharks?
I like that that is the best picture of Mark they could find
emotional night for everyone
I've never seen a mental breakdown so adequately depicted in images and sound. Truly a work of art. I feel like I'm in Hell.
That’s a mirror you’re looking at.
@@justincoleman3805 LMAO
it's like being inside of a bong
Joining Gregg with applause 👏. This scene deserves an Oscar.
*Oscer
Oscar will surely take notice, he knows what he's doing
@@IDoBeSmarter Hope they don't rip this off for their next stage show. They've been known to do this.
Tim is having a manic depressive episode while Gregg is showing his appreciation for whatever the hell is happening here.
I love it when the music is playing in the shark ends randomly appearing at the end
It was around this moment of this special that I realized the On Cinema Oscar Specials are the media equivalent of having a stroke. There's something so weirdly disorienting in some of the scenes that I wonder if they can cause literal brain damage.
The joker tribute in the 7th special has not left my memory since I first saw it
i think about this on a near-constant basis. thankyou for enabling me to also easily watch it on a near-constant basis
I fall asleep to these sometimes and this one always wakes me up
I usually wake when Tim flips out on the crew/guest/Gregg
Those hand gestures over the shark image kill me every time
YES. I replayed this moment so many times and couldn't contain my laughter.
that slow-clap from Gregg @ 1:22 .
Twin Peaks: The Return
1:30 is an awesome shot. Gregg is loving it and Tim is trying so hard to break down laughing.
"Hello?...Listen...uhhh...hello? Hello? Hello? Listen. Thank you. Turn that off. Here's the real deal...Turn that OFF. TURN IT AWF. TURN IT AWF. Turn the music off. I wanna thank everybody...can we turn the music off? This has been an incredible night..." - _ -
I kinda want to whole transcript now..
This is my favorite, too. I remember watching the entire thing and by the time I got to this point I was crying from laughter.
Gotta love Gregg both in and out of character clapping on the A/V to keep up the torture on Tim ❤️
😭😂😭😂😭 this is also my favorite scene... Tim and Gregg's laughter is so authentic, it makes it even better.
It's the best when they break. Gregg breaks so rarely, but in this scene, they both do. It's just too dumb and ridiculous.
A work of art.
The first time I heard this bit in its entirety I was literally in tears laughing
My favorite Oscar Special. They're all great but this was IT for me. Gold.
This is my number one favorite moment, too. It has brought me to my knees with wheezing laughter several times.
I have watched this like 20 times already and I still cry ever tim.
Close Encounters of the Third Kind is truly Jaws' sequel.
Literally the greatest moment in the show
IF TIM CAN’T HEAR WHERE HE IS, THEN HE CAN’T TALK ABOUT WHERE HE IS
I thought I was the only one that thought this was the best on cinema moment! Thank you for this!
This was so funny. I agree… The funniest moment of on cinema. And there was a lot of fun things with this show
Gregg trying not to laugh.
🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿
Mark is an icon of our times
The face at 1:10
So close to losing it lmao one of my favorite Oscar special bits.
"I thought it came out pretty good." I totally forgot about that Vape Lounge....
The screen shittily flashing at 1:24 lmao. Masterpiece.
The shark and the alien duo at the end sent me.
This is wonderful being the first thing to hear as I wake up this afternoon.
I lost it when they have the alien with Jaws on the tv screen LOL
My sides hurt from this masterpiece...Anything with Mark is terrifying and funny.
Greg is so impressed with it.
For a second I thought Tim was just directly quoting George C. Scott's breakdown in the movie theater from 'Hardcore'.
That movie sounds hot.
@@justincoleman3805 it's about a porno
0:38 Funniest line in the entire show
A few months ago my mailman got attacked by a turkey and had to take 4 days off work due to pelvic lacerations
Colin Robinson rules.
Definitely a top tier On Cinema moment.
This is legitimately very trippy
I always like to imagine the crew in the context of these scenes
There would have to be some malicious TD pulling the strings in the control room deliberately trying to break Tim lmao
The crews action are both funny in the “In Universe” sense and IRL sense. Perfection.
They definitely got Tim with the shark. When you see a hint of the shark just before the completely put it up he's about to bust. Then they just say fuck it and completely put the shark up
Same, this is the scene I showed my brother to try and get him into it
this is vaguely reminiscent of ET by Steven Spielberg, another great film
With Alien vessels like Mark Prozac in them you can't lose!
Mark Proesch looks like he belongs as the “before” guy on a Bosley commercial 😄
I love looking at the aliens face while wondering if mark is even alive or not anymore
I think the photo of Mark is from the moments just after Tim threatened and attacked him at the trial, which deserves applause on its own
This kid from Close Encounters really does look like a young Mark
Gregg's smile at Tim could cure cancer
Tim didn't break. He was laughing at the incompetence of his production crew.
Hard to find good work nowadays, I tells ya.
I had to show my girlfriend this part when I saw it because I was laughing so hard. My favorite part is Gregg holding back laughter and just looking at Tim
This is totally my favorite OC moment as well XD
This video makes my whole evening!
And now, let me introduce you to a little friend of mine named ET.. ha ha!
Gregg poking the side of his head is him imagining someone pointing a gun to his head and saying they'll shoot if he laughs
I havent laughed that hard in a while
This is some Blade Runner atmosphere right there, Gregg is definitely a replicant
I like the sci fi and space alien feel that the music adds to the scene
Very fine choice for your favorite On Cinema moment, you are a man of culture.
Maybe the only time Tim totally broke
They both wanted to laugh so bad 😂
blood incantation should have used this one as a teaser for timewave zero.
0:37 mark's photo is the only thing to (promptly) respond to tim's request to 'turn it off', the second he raises his voice
The man waving to the Shark at the end :D
Never laughed so hard the first time i saw... my fav too
"We live inside a popcorn bucket"
That Vape Lounge product placement really paying dividends.
Cross fades are art and the youth should keep this in mind
They were both trying so hard not to break. 😅
Tim’s best suit
I'm in tears rn
my favourite part is just b4 that when mark is recreating the scene
Great reference to the "real" Jaws 2
This is entertainment of the highest quality

“…hello?”
1:15 Tim sounds so much like Jeff Bridges here
Lmao it actually quitens down when he stops asking for it to be turned off then gets louder the more desperate he gets
Excellent choice
