I would file the Rampage tapes by order of how good each movie is. But that means I'd have to watch them all before I could file even one of them, and that means nobody gets to watch any of the Rampages until I've finished watching and rating them. It's a real Catch-14.
He's not wrong about any of it. A lot of thought and focus group effort is put into naming movies. An insufficiently creative title can be disastrous. Titanic, for example, is brilliant. Das Boot would have been derivative and strange. Twotanic would be my suggestion for the sequel. And it wouldn't mess up the filing system "two" much ; Toy Story would get between them though, if you own Toy Story (great name).
