- Im able to get out and do some riding testing out the new TAB PERFORMANCE 2-1 CATALYTIC DELETE..I get to do a few roll ons to see what the power difference is with a friend that has a CHALLENGER with the same STAGE ONE and TAB ZOMBIES so it is very comparable. Also got to do a little run with a 2015 Road Glide ultra CVO with a screaming eagle stage 4

I have a 2018 RGS with 107 Stage 3. It has 120TQ and 15HP. But that stock Indian looks badass. and I like that it's water cooled.

Man Fish, the feeling you get when you’re free and independent on two wheels is addictive. Riding can put you at much peace. I wish more people would experience the intrinsic feeling of the ride. There would be less rage. The Challengers are look’n prince and are def leading the future in V-Twins. Life’s short, just buy the damn bike. Nice job job out there. Peace.
Riding to me is something that really changes my body!! With the times we live in i dont get to the gym anymore so its even more important for me and does keeep me a happy down to earth person!! life is short we do buy the bikes!! thanks for watching!!

2 things: 1) The blue/white bike is an Indian Chief Vintage. 2) Your bike absolutely DESTROYED the HD CVO 117 blah blah blah even though he got a bit of a jump start on you on the throttle twist. Very impressive!!
damn i called it a chief classic..shit it took all day for me to stop saying springfield..ugg..idk what is wrong with me.. lol ... yes the runs i had with the HD all went that way also. and his bike out ran a HD M8 with HP cams so it wasnt a slouch! thank you for watching!
Great review in the real world. The roll on is a good measure both bikes are in motion to eliminate jump starts. Both in the low to mid range.

Very well done!!! I LOVED the Challenger vs Challenger comparison - apples to apples/ watercooled/OHC showing gains by comparing against each other - EXCELLENT!! Would love to see the same type of comparison between the 116 Indian and 117 HD as they are closer to apples to apples but hey,, still wayyyyy cool brother!!

Thank you for the subscribe!! But to answer your question I have .. I was one of the first bikes so I had the bad stoke ECU tune and it was refreshed since and been good.. I have vlogged all of the journey if you're interested in watching it .. yes I do have the stage 1! Thank you for watching!!
I think I like the sound of his better it’s not way too loud but it also isn’t Quiet so people know you are coming.
Yes the 2-1 with zombie baffles are super loud!! I even changed the baffles later

I've been watching and had subscribe to your channel since you started to look at the Challenger. I saw how you grew with your Indian and made me smiled on some of your videos. I wanted to reach out to you when your Indian got the virus, I knew what the problem was but I wanted to see how you would dealt with it.
To my surprise ( according to your statement ) and was kind of shocking that your Bison dealer didn't actually know that there was a problem with their factory flash and that they had already put out a new flash for the Challengers ( I had bought mine about a month before you bought yours and it crap out three days later in my driveway).
I hope that someday I can catch up with you and your buddies (just saying). thanks for keeping me and a whole bunch of us entertained. By the way Thanks again for the $20 I made from my friends as I new you would blow them away... ; )
Hell yea!! im happy to get a couple tanks of gas for you!! hahah... So when my bike got the VIRUS.. Being so far they were not 100% sure if it was just the tune or if i was one with a throttle body issue .. or i believe some ppl had both.. so after talking with them then filming i didn't want to get into the facts about it so i just called it the virus .. i think it is bad ass that you have been following me since the begging i thank you very much for that .. it has been fun doing this channel and as it has grown i have been lucky enough to meet and ride with ppl i dont know i also hope that one day we also can ride and meet!! This was a good way to test it out. Cats r gud though, less polution and that little amount of speed means nothing, just ride and enjoy. A fast bike will smoke you both no matter what you do, good gas millage and a good running bike is what matters on a touring bike. I like both bikes though. Too loud on a road trip isnt good either.

Ridingfish what is your exact set up where you are pulling the most power, I have a side show cycles cat delete(same shit) with tab zombie baffles, sounds cool runs good, but I’m try to figure if I’m losing power or now. Also have the stage one with upgraded mapping.

I don't normally love white bikes, but yours stands out. I loved how easily yours pulled away from that RGS. I'm hoping to go from my VROD with TAB pipes to a comparable Challenger soon.
I really love this color!! I do sometimes wish it was a glossy finish to help me keep it clean!! Haha. That would be interesting to hear what VROD would sound like... I had a buddy and it was like no baffles and it was loud loud!! Haha
@@Ridingfish I basically have straight pipes with the side slash. The closest thing to compare it to is something on the NASCAR circuit when it's ripping.
Oh damn!! That was the Challenger sounded like with the 2-1 cat delete.. it was all fun tell my friends started making me ride in the back!! And complain about a little ear bleeds (jk) then to top it off the loss of back pressure was power loss as well!!.. so then I changed baffles to add some back and get in the front of the pack!!
@@Ridingfish I've found that I lost a little bit of power when it's cold. But when the motor is warmed up, it's scary snappy. And most of my friends what me to ride on the right side of the road, to avoid that ruckus in their ear hole. The Challenger seems to be a bike quiver killer. Plenty of storage for trips and lots of power for ride nights.
Oh man!! I love this Challenger.. im around 18,000 miles and a huge trip planned starting next week!!. My friend Brian in this video traded a VROD for the Challenger!! I haven't thought much about it.. but if the Challenger was a harley it would be a bagger VROD.. lol
I'm curious as to why you didn't get the 2-1-2 head pipe instead of the 2 into 1 head pipe? And were there any computer updates you had to make to accommodate the new head pipe or did the computer do it automatically?
So I went with the 2-1 because that is what was ready. I have decided to keep it because normally they add more TQ(y).. so I had a stage one flash done by indian

Like watching the roll on's fun times. Last year in Myrtle beach bike week my buddy had just installed the Stage one with Neighbor Haters on his Roadmaster I had my stock Chieftain and spanked him 3 out of 3 times. Best thing was watching his face after our other friends teasing him. All in good fun. Bikes all sound good , thanks for sharing videos.

Liking all the updates on the challenger! I'm originally from Faribault, I ride through there all the time. Located in Mantorville now. Maybe ill catch you out riding one of these days. I've got a 16 Victory Magnum with cams/filter/dyno tune. I'd love to see how it stacks up to the new challenger.

The tab is great with the de cat but I feel now it's to loud to enjoy the bike on long trips it's not a race bike after all, the bam sticks are 1 down I think mite be worth putting a different baffle in now , definitely the de cat
so im working on getting the 2.5 baffles to see if i like them better to put on ..it is very loud..i wear a full face and that helps but tell i get it im going to ride what i got!! it is possible that i dont like the 2.5 idk but im planning on trying it because its so easy to switch around..thanks for watching and join in.

@@matthewnorwell5353 That Challenger is a Victory motor and Lloydz was getting the 106 up to 170Hp with turbos and superchargers. Not to mention the gut wrenching torque numbers.
That looked fun, but a dyno is the only way to compare power. I can't believe that a cat delete gives you that much pull away. Are you running tuners? What other differences do the bikes have?
well the bike has the same big air and the same exhaust with the same baffles even...only thing ours was different is that he HAS a CAT.. there was pulls not on film and it all went the same way.. Dynos can also be different because air temp and elevation ect.. so to me a pull next to each other is a great way to see... i even at one point didnt think he had it in sport mode but he did..thanks for watching love the feed back!
Ridingfish . It amazing what the differences could be , but it could just come down to weight . Was he heavier than you , did you both have similar fuel levels ? Maybe he had cinder blocks in his saddle bags 🤣? . It looked like you pulled pretty easily on that built 117 , though ?! Great video , I love the side by side pulls . so very little popping..like 2 times in say 1000 miles.. but i had a A/F test done and it needs a tune! nothing that will hurt the bike but the bike is just needs to be woke up!.. im in rice county.. thanks for watching

Nice Bike Brother, I have an Eluder myself I love the looks power and Handling but Mamma Yamaha got my ears pinned back with this rev-limeter and very little after market upgradeability but the bike gets pretty good with my TAB slip on's at least it sounds a little Beefier.
The bike itself got sum torque but it's got way more potential but Yammie doesn't promote aftermarket upgrades kinda sucks but there livin on longevity I guess that's good.
well i ran a power commader on my R1 and my Stryker.. The Stryker really came alive.. Does dyno yet not make anything for the eluder..i have friends that put them on their Raider same motor..
I still Have Raider with V&H 2 into 1 and Ivan's Performance Flash rev-limeter is pushed way out of the way. I have about 3k in Rockford Fosgate system on the Raider I can't let it go.

I feel like there is more leg room on a Challenger.. the main bike i feel has about the amount of space as a Challenger is a Victory bike..
Cool video do a pull against the chieftain if you can find one, I know the challenger will beat the stock one but not sure about the 116. but just curious how they would do against each other.

So I dont work for anyone.. it I cant see how they would.. I have heard horrible stories with ppl that lost their warranty when they changed their oil!! (Harley) my understanding is that they would have to prove that because of what you changed is why it broke.. make sense?

I'm totally disappointed with my 2021 Indian Challenger. Disappointed with Indian because it has horrible customer support and they have 20% availability with inventory. You can't buy parts and accessories because everything is out of stock. I'll be selling my Challenger as soon as possible!!!

Ridingfish ...just feeling like I've been had and... conned. I live in eastern Canada, an hour and a half away from the closest dealer. I actually love riding the bike. My only bitch is the delayed throttle response especially at low speed and take offs. My concerns are that I spent an extra $5000 at purchase to add on stage one, handlebars, windscreen etc...the handlebars were in stock and everything else is backordered. I was told they were too busy to do the handlebars during the first "Break in" servicing. They had it for a full week, did the servicing and didn't get to the handlebars. A FULL FUCKING WEEK AND ALL THEY COULD DO WAS THE SERVICING!!! I threw a tantrum and they took another week to do the bars. 2 weeks for a handlebars and an oil change??? They indicated that I was being unreasonable. I'm the kind of guy who doesn't bitch about stuff at the worst of times. I've been given no indication about the other $4500 worth of accessories that I've ordered. Everything else is apparently back ordered! I ordered 20 items from their website like, hats and shirts, garage signs, canvas bags for saddle bags and only 3 of the 20 items were available. Received a email 24 hours after that 17 were backordered. Called to cancel and spent almost 2 hours going down rabbit holes and being placed on hold. I get the feeling that the company is going out of business and they don't want to be caught with stock! So disappointed because I've been dreaming about this bike since it's arrival for 2020. I think I'm going to be losing money by selling the Challenger however, I've got such a sour taste now from all this that...I'll take a loss just to get it out of my garage! I bought it June 9th I've put almost 4000km's (2500 miles) and it's due for the next servicing. I'll be looking into selling as soon as possible. I'm so disappointed!!!
This is horrible!! Bro, cancel everything you bought and start again!! Sounds like your dealership is not that good at all! Even worse then not that good.. sound horrible... the Lloyd'z Garage tune will fix all the slow speed ride ability stuff.. but you would need to have it set up with the exhaust that you're going to run... and all the performance ppl I have been talking to say just save your money on the stage one air cleaner!! No power gains..
These issues are more on a local level but still can drive a person crazy!
Ridingfish ...that's how I convinced them to install the handlebars! Told them I wanted to cancel all the parts on order and be refunded. They replied by saying they couldn't do that because we worked the parts into the deal. They didn't actually...they simply played with the cost of installation not the price of parts! I said they would need to refund the whole purchase and give me my money back and that's the only reason they agreed to do the handlebars! It's like dealing with the proverbial "used car salesmen"! The dealer is Rallye Motoplex in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada...anyone dealing with these guys should be prepared to be forgotten about as soon as they have your money!!! They could care less whether you walk away feeling good...as long as they have your money. Dealer aside...it's still impossible to order parts and accessories from Indian.
I would have them cancel everything else still.. hell buy the bike back for what you paid and then you won't have to sell it!! But no matter I would get a refund and then order aftermarket where I can and then put it on myself or order from Indian website ( if you can in CA idk) they will ship to you when they have the stuff..
