I made this same mistake surfacing my Pro XXL several months ago. Felt embarrassed but the support team was cool and sent the replacement kit free of charge and in only a couple of days. Learned to temporarily disconnect the Bitsetter via the 2 larger bolts and lie it flat on my work table out of the way just in case so this doesn't happen again. Looks like Carbide 3d redesigned the 5 Pro's Bitsetter to be even easier by just sliding it off the T-slot extrusion. Good video.
