Forget it, first Thai real estate, in a country with rampant corruption is far too risky, rent is safer, I can get 5.2% on my capital nice and safe at home, second, there is going to be a global recession in 2024 and all these condo owners will be shitting bricks next year selling off at 40% discount, do NOT buy now if you insist on buying in that country. But its far safer to rent and buy real estate in your home country because Thailand is just so unpredictable, now they want to tax foreign sourced income, only God knows what will happen if you make a capital gain over there anyone know what the tax implications are for a foreigner on say a USD 200k capital gain from a condo sale?
Just rent don't worry about anything as for the Pandora it's like buying a new car as soon as it leaves the showroom 30% loss same same fools and thier money are easily parted comes to mind on this condo cardboard block lol
