A beautiful day outdoors. The forest is calling for meditation and cooking, so my dish today is a curd fritter, a very famous Ukrainian dessert. It’s so simple, made with just cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and flour, but it's very tasty.

I'm moving to Montenegro in a couple of weeks, so I'll be hiking there)) Even though it's safer in the western part of Ukraine, an incident at the beginning of the war (a rocket exploded close to me) reminded me to stay safe in any part of Ukraine. ​@@OutdoorfoodwithJuliaW Tatrach nie byłem bo tam w sezonie letnim i zimowym jest zbyt dużo turystów ale to prawda że Tatry są piękne.Ja wolę takie miejsca w których jest mało turystów albo ich wogule nie ma..dla mnie najpiękniejsze takie miejsce to puszcza białowieska i pojezierze suwalskie jeśli oczywiście chodzi o Polskę.Zimą chciałbym jechać do Islandii i zobaczyć zorzę polarną i wykąpać się w gorących źródłach.Islandia to zimny kraj ludzi mieszka tam ok 400 tys i jest bardzo piękna .tylko lasów tam jest bardzo mało.być może zamieszkam tam kiedyś na stałe❤
