Shadow of Destiny is such an awesome game, very underrated and 8 years later, i was surprised I saw Shadow of Destiny remastered for PSP with extra content, new cover and looked better then the ps2 in my perspective. If you can get a psp and get it, you gonna enjoy it once again.

Loved Shadow of Destiny (the American name for Shadow of Memories). Easily has to be one of the best time travel stories out there, and was just a blast to play and unlock all the various endings for. While the graphics haven't aged all that well, it's still got some impressive moments to it. An underrated classic on PS2 for me was Steambot Chronicles, an action-RPG that was like GTA meets a mech anime. You find a giant robot and can customize it to your heart's content, ranging from all sorts of weapon attachments and models to make your robot bigger or smaller, faster and/or stronger. There was even a bit of a choice system, where certain actions could affect the story, and while not as in-depth as other games where you have dialogue options, it was still fun being able to mess with the characters in cutscenes, or pick a satisfyingly appropriate response for a major plot moment.
It wasn't forgotten. The disc was not made well and many copies were shredded so a lot of potential players skipped it. By the time a better disc was made, there were too many other titles that had the worlds attention.
I somehow missed them when they originally were released but just started the first one recently with plans to play “SH: Covenant” next. Just started but have heard nothing but good things about both.
Shadow Hearts 1 got me like no other and I have jumped into two and found it still as fun and quirky (less horror elements but I can live with that) and enjoyable but I’m not getting into it as much as I had expected to due to the acclaim it gets. I’ve heard it starts slow though and doesn’t pick up until you get further through, so I am sure I will love it eventually. 😍
The Bouncer had the most fun multiplayer I've ever seen on PS2. Having friends over and banging on that multiplayer had us laughing and excited for nights on end.
Chaos Legion is my favorite PS2 sleeper hit. Felt like a bigger/badder Devil May Cry. The graphics, especially now with upscaling, are so good. Collecting demons to use in combat and assist, giant boss battles. Just love it.

Sword of Etheria is also neat cuz it is a crazy anime/tokusatsu take on Wizard of Oz. The main character you play as is the Tin-Man, with your partners being Scarecrow and Cowardly Lion (which isn't cowardly at all). The game is called OZ (Over Zenith) in japan, also aluding to the Wizard of Oz. The game has soundtrack by Michiru Yamane, a veteran composer most famous for her contributions to the Castlevania series.

Games like Road Trip Adventure, Enthusia, Test Drive Unlimited, Road Rage 3, Racing Battle: C1 Grand Prix, Battle Gear 2 and 3, R: Racing Evolution, Wipeout Fusion, as well as Evolution Studios' WRC games.
