Haha
@Kris K u make ur oats at 5 am??
I do this meal for 2 years now. You can add chia and flax seeds aswell and instead of this PB you can easily switch it with PB powder which can be mixed better. Amazing breakfast and really nutritional aswell
@@TB7-X for sure, whatever, whenever you want to do it, u can do it in breakfast etc doesnt mean u have to eat it once
thanks for sharing your breakfast idea, dude. me, I put almonds and slice strawberries too. it taste better 🙂
I used to mix it with strawberries and blueberries, and it was amazing! I’m currently using a banana tho to change it up haha

Oh i feel like trying this thanks alot my Guy 🙂😅
okay i'll give you the best recipe ever 👍
Put oats in fine flakes and your whey protein in a bowl. Then mix it with 0 sugar strawberry yogurt. Mix well, and at the end add seeds and nuts that you like best, to make it more crunch. You don't need to cook your oatmeal, if it's moist enough, you can eat it raw. I've eaten this every day for the last 4 years, I haven't missed a single day because it's just too delicious.
I do something similar to this, but I add a bit of vanilla extract too, no protein powder but instead I sprinkle some 85% dark chocolate on top. It's incredible!
Good idea on mixing the protein with liquid before adding it to the oatmeal. Will try. Thanks
I don't know who invented the oats+peanut butter+banana+milk combo but that person deserves a raise.
I use oats + whey protein isolate + milk + banana + honey. It tastes gr8
Blue berries and sometimes black berries are good too.
It tastes so yummylicious 😊🙃🫠❤❤
Thanks I'm gonna put it in a blender.
😂😂😂same
Dude. You just turned my gross 20 minute long protein shake into - 2 minute delicious chocolate banana delicate. I bow to you
2 Banana, Milk, 1 egg, Honey, mixed! Its healty and better !!!
Make sure to mix your cooked oats and peanut butter first before adding the protein powder or your arms will get a work out from the mess you created.

Thanks so much for this recipe! It's so simple and I make it all the time now! 🙂
This is auch an incredible recipe. Bravo man. Superb stuff👏👏
Thx you sir for being a part of the cauz of these gainz
really good
If u heat up the peanut butter with the oats it makes it much easier to mix
Gonna try this thanks man!
1 cup of oats. 2 cups of oat milk, 4 dates cut up small, 1 banana sliced. Cook slowly on the stove. Add frozen blueberries so you can eat straight away. Can top with pineapple pieces.
The calorie levels are up like a rocket!!
560 calories? My past eating disorder is screaming at me..
Lmfao
is it too much or?
@@abyss1997 Yeah typically for someone that is used to eating too much 560 calories is a lot for 30 grams of protein. Lean protein sources could be 200 calories for 30gs for example.
@@alanthesalamander2327 its not really much you just have to adjust it with your lunch and dinner, this oatmean will keep you full for most of the day, just avoid any more additional carbs and eat more lean protein
U can freeze it and eat as protien bars
Nice meal for bulking
This is really nice. Thanks for sharing
Thanks needed this
I always mix my whey with almond milk, tastes way better in my opinion and adds in a few more calories if you are trying to bulk
I think that protein powder from Body Fortress added a significant amount of calories... 1 scoop(50gm)=200 calories already
Bruh i made this rn god it’s good
Yameeeee...😋😋😋😋😋💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Lets gooo! I wanted this
Can u make oats recipe without heating and refrigerating it
Just chill that and boom it will be a dessert.
You need to cook those oats longer.
just preference
i get a pot on the stove and heat the milk first till boil then I toss in the cup of oats and stir. Much better that way
300cal version: half cup of oats, half a banana (other half can go in fridge), and one scoop of 15g protein powder. Roughly 300cal, 20g of protein
That look really good
560 calories is fucking crazy for such a small amount of food
Wait till you try it, oats fill you up like crazy. I eat a lot and I'm sure I would he more than full after that bowl
Very great cook Oh m'y good the OATS proteine is delicious suculente 😋 is a gainer 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Cook the oats in a pan to make this even better
Eww this shit Gon be nasty as hell lmao and I workout so yk I'll still eat it but I'll have to force myself 😂

@American Patriot I don't know . Inform me on what you meant by that
I tried it. It’s actually really good.
@@ChiOfo I'ma try it one day bro
I don’t even like regular oatmeal
It’s more than 30 g of protein, you only counted the protein powder. You got to also add in the protein from the peanut butter and oat
Me on a high calorie deficit still watching and thinking "I should make that" but having to pull myself away
Dude I do this same shit it gets it all done
change your peanut butter

Not as low calorie as it can be. Use PBFit peanut butter powder, all the flavor of peanut butter minus the fat
Every video starts with “alright”
I blend it
Question for beginners like me! Is this for post/pre workout or every breakfast? Thanks!
Better peanut butter is the powdered peanut butter
Tbh it's not enough protein for that amount of calories for a cut.
If you bulk then it's perfect but for a cut I'd switch out the peanut butter and cinnamon for Greek yogurt and use less Oatmeal to get more protein and less calories
People who cut bananas like that are psychopaths
Can u please tell me the quantity of products...
What is the benifits with using almond milk? Can i use normal milk?
Can I take it before I go to gym.
is microwaving food in the microwave negative for the nutrients, from what I learned (chatGPT) for oatmeal is not significant enough to be worried about, but what about other foods?
If somebody can explain me that'll be great
I would ditch the peanut butter too much omega six and transfer oils . Check out the sugar content of the peanut butter.
Can I cook it and eat it a few hours later?
Or will it turn rancid
600 ml of water plus protein powder < 500 or less ml of water plus protein powder
Can.u eat this everyday?
If you want not use the shaker just let calm for 3 minutes and add the whey protein 😉
What if we don't have a microwave...
Does that taste good?
Toll Haferflocken und Eiweiß mixen. Kann sonst keiner...
Everyone have different protein powder now which one is best
I swear people who are bulking just try out random high calorie mixtures and hope it tastes good 😂
We do not hope, we just eat 😤🖤
Its not about tasting good its about downing calories protein and carbs
Ok, and?
Hahaha that’s for sure. Sometimes tasty and sometimes 😝🤪🥺🫶🏻👍🏼💪🏼

The pre mixing of the protein powder was a great idea. Doesn’t mix right when you just add it in raw. Good man.
Swear I might try this method. It tastes terribly dry and powdery when you just add the powder to the oatmeal.
@@newchapter6521 because u have a low quality powder, or its isolate. I mix dynamize whey directly, its perfect
@@prodbypjay7148 I find it really good too when u just mix it directly, but do you think does it really taste better if u do it like its shown in the video?

Looks bomb, can you do more food stuff im trynna lose weight
It is and sure!
Bro if you're trying to lose weight a 560 calorie oat breakfast isn't the way to do it. WAY less calories in most cereals and just have a protein shake on the side for about half the calories but you'll still get the protein.

Can just mix the powder w the milk before you cook. Cut cals by replacing the PB w honey
Two shots of vodka
that’s so smart to mix the protein powder first instead of putting straight powder into the oatmeal
Yeah I did this twice, one with his method and once by dumping half a scoop of whey protein into it. Had this weird powdery texture and taste which I hated.
Exactly
Dude thats like 2.5-3 tbsp of PB at least. I almost cried the first time I weighed my PB.

I'm starting my fitness journey. When researching for exercises I find that there are so many for each muscle group (Bicep, Chest, Legs etc). How many exercises should I do for each muscle group on their day?
my current workout routine: monday: chest&triceps, tuesday: back&biceps, wednesday: shoulders, thursday:legs&abs, friday:chest triceps, saturday: back biceps. I do 5 exercises for each chest and back, 2 each for biceps and triceps, 6 exercises for shoulders, 6 for legs, 6 for abs.
As a beginner, you only need about 10-20 sets per muscle group per week. So depending on how often u train each muscle, that usually means 5-10 sets per workout
Here’s my program that I designed for myself. It’s a 4 day push-pull split, with legs separated into quad exercises on push days, and hamstrings on pull days.
GYM Routine:-
Day1:
Neutral grip DB press
Quad extension
Inclined DB press
Seated DB OHP
DB Skull crusher
Day2:
Deadlifts
Lat pulldown
DB shrugs
Rear delt fly
lateral raise
Inclined dumbbell curl
Reverse curl
Day 3:
Bench press
Cable chest flies
Leg press
Inclined DB press
dumbbell OHP
Tricep pushdowns
Day 4:
Barbell row
Barbell shrugs
barbell Curl
Cable lateral raise
DB row
Hamstring curl
Aim for 10-12 reps for 3-4 sets
Modify it to your liking
Id recommend trying calisthenics
Day 1: Chest, shoulders and triceps
Day 2: Legs and abs
Day 3: Back and biceps
Day 4: Rest
Repeat
This is really good! Thanks for the tip
Taste so bad
