okay i'll give you the best recipe ever 👍
Put oats in fine flakes and your whey protein in a bowl. Then mix it with 0 sugar strawberry yogurt. Mix well, and at the end add seeds and nuts that you like best, to make it more crunch. You don't need to cook your oatmeal, if it's moist enough, you can eat it raw. I've eaten this every day for the last 4 years, I haven't missed a single day because it's just too delicious.

    My budget oats recipe
    Take 7-8 teaspoon of oats
    Add 2 bananas
Add 1 small glass any normal milk
    Add chicku and dryfruits(exceptional)
Mix it well and bake it for 5 mins
It has less protein though because I don't have protein powder each scoop contains 26gms of protein 😐

I know a similar recipe that’s about 56 grams of protein with roughly the same amount of calories
    -1 Cup of oatmeal
    -1 cup of water
Heat up in the microwave for 1 min 30 sec
-1 scoop of your choice of protein
-1 serving of no fat vanilla Greek yogurt
    -2 tablespoons of PB fit
    - as much 5 calorie sugar free syrup as you want

    1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 scoop protein powder (preferably chocolate or peanut butter flavored)
    2 Tbsp pbfit pb powder
    1 cup water
    Microwave for 1:30

Sub in the regular peanutbutter for pb2 or pb fit to get less calories with the same flavor profile. Usually I premix my pb2 with water, make it like regular peanutbutter and then add some zero calorie sweetener and salt to give it a sort of recees peanutbutter feel
