Yes, I make my own capsules from bulk from a lab in China. I take 3 capsules every morning. I suppose each one is 400 ml so total 1.2 grams/day. I also bought some bulk Creatine on Amazon and take three of those per day too.

@ 1 gm/day, 700 grams will last 2 years. I do slightly over 1 gram. Two years is a safe shelf life.
